Right now when we do a multi-file download from WF, the resulting .zip file, and unzipped folder name, has a very cryptic and completely useless (to the user) name like ATSK8657044837605293599.zip.It gets especially arduous when there are several of these zips and folders jamming up my Downloads folder. What would be waaay more useful is if the download zip file name were human-readable – something simple like WF-download-2022-01-28-0304pm.zip.We would love it if the project name could be at the front of download name
Please allow admins to configure which drawing & markup tools are available to their organization in ProofHQ. We have so many reviewers that misuse the tools and it causes confusion, extra time to complete revisions. I'd love the option to 'turn off' tools we don't want our reviewers using.
We have finance partners across 35 markets and there is a regular annual demand to pull large volumes of time data from Workfront. The platform currently limits exports to 50,000 / 65,000 / 100,000 rows of data at a time, depending on the file format. We need the file limit to be unlimited; cutting the data is a pain point. We do extract time data via an API into a large data warehouse for almost real-time reporting, however, this will not offer the flexibility our finance partners require.
It would be great if the technology that the forms and landing pages use were updated for both desktop and mobile devices. We have to have a developer code everything new that we create because of this obstacle.
Right now in the Updates feed on an object, user comments will show as posted "last Tuesday at 8:00am". We'd like this to be changed to a consistent timestamp (MM/DD/YY at 00:00 am/pm). The current "last Tuesday" setup, as we've come to call it, is confusing since it's really referring to the most recent Tuesday, not necessarily Tuesday of last week (as the name implies). For an example, let's say today is Friday January 10th. A comment posted on Monday January 6th will show as "last Monday". This implies the update was posted the previous week instead of just "01/06/2020". In situations where we have to take screenshots of Update feeds or copy/paste a thread into another system, we lose all relevant time data on affected updates.
Add a filter on the Home screen that allows users to sort by task or issue status. This was possible in Classic but not in the New Experience. Our design team relies heavily on this feature and having to create and use a separate report is clumsy and slow.
The team reviewing routing documents keeps checking them out and not checking them back in. Confusion ensues. Would like the ability to remove this option on certain interfaces to eliminate the problem.
When we embed request form on a dashboard - which in itself is a great feature - some of the dropdown menus don't work well, e.g. mutliple scrollbars show up, users are not able to easily select items from the dropdown. It seems like this could have been programmed a bit better to avoid those issues.
Project Owners need a way to mark a person on a project as inactive, so that people who were on a project previously, but no longer an active participant, do not get notifications when the status changes. The Project Owner still wants to share the project with an inactive person, but doesn't want to have notifications go to those who are no longer active on the project. A project can be shared with hundreds of people, but only those currently active on the project should get notifications of status changes. Removing people from a project causes a loss of historical participation information on the project, so the Project Owner can no longer look to see who was on the project with a specific role (i.e. who used to be a Training Manager on the project).
Currently, reports have filters defined that are usually fixed values such as project ID or project name. Then a dashboard is created to aggregate these reports for the same project ID/name.Instead of having to pre-define the project or whatever filter criteria per report, it would be helpful to have key/value parameter(s) defined at the dashboard that can be referenced in reports using some syntax like @@parametername. This way, I can create 1 dashboard for 1 project ID, and all of my specific reports can configure the filter to look for project ID using that dashboard key. Then I do not have to create new copies of every report for a new future projects.
Would love to have a report where I can pull MoM or YoY growth - very easy to create, but not something you can do in Marketo right now!
Description -We want certain users to be able to download a file when using the File Transfer menu. Why is this feature important to you -This feature allows users to be able to download the Audience in a way that can be cross-checked and validated. There is currently no easy way for our users to make sure the Audience they create actually has ALL the intended people in it. How would you like the feature to work -There would be a download button on the File Transfer Menu. Current Behaviour -While the “file download” activity is available and selected, there no option to download to the local browser/computer. It has to go to a SFTP or you have to provide a URL. With the File Download action selected, you still have to configure a protocol and that is where there is not option to download to the browser. This request is a follow up from Support Case - E-000534709.
