Description - While sharing segments/calculated metrics with a user who have same first & last name i.e multiple users with the same name in an organization. Email ID can be appended for such users in the sharing list, as it is not clear which user to choose from the list, I have noticed Email ID does show up for the users with the same name while sharing workspace project. If this feature can be added to segment & calculated metrics sharing it would be really helpful. Why is this feature important to you - It will be easy to share the component with the user in one go, instead of test and trial which is time consuming. How would you like the feature to work - Append Email ID in the sharing list for the users with exactly the same name.Current Behaviour - it appears as duplicate user account and does not provide clarity which one to choose.
Currently if you copy the URL from your web browser while viewing a proof and share it with someone else, it "logs" them in as you and uses your name when making comments. I know that you are supposed to utilize the "share proof" link, however, this is a very common action we have found our users trying to do - and is a huge red flag knowing that they can share this proof with anyone regardless if they have access to the proof workflow.
In Classic, when you click timesheets, you are always taken to your Current timesheet but in the new experience you are always taken to a list of timesheets. The list is fine and I like that it makes your timesheets more visible, but customers want a link to their current timesheet like they had in Classic. The only workaround is for them to pin their current timesheet every single week, or make the extra click from the list. Providing a link that always opens their current timesheet seems like an easy win and a helpful way to ease the transition to the new experience.
With Workfront now being added to the Adobe set of tools, a WF feature that our team would like to see is the ability to be able to access files directly from creative cloud storage in Workfront – similar to how we can do from Microsoft OneDrive via the SharePoint integration.
A timesheet profile was recently added to a user profile with standard hour types. This user is unable to enter time for timesheets before the timesheet profile was added to her user profile. We are now unable to accurately log hours for time before this timesheet profile was introduced resulting in lost data.
It would be great if there would have an option to filter the Performance Program Report by date. At the moment, Marketo Support says there is no way to set dates regarding this specific report if there is no cost tag on it, which means that we can use the filter "Period Cost" and set the dates on it, but if there is no cost tag in the program, it won't work even if you select this filter and set the dates up.
In one of the discussions in the nation we were exchanging ideas on use cases for program member custom fields. One of the ideas entered there was to use program-specific scoring. I happened to have a use case for that this week and investigated, but it turns out PMCFs cannot be set up as Score fields. Does anyone else have this use case? Would it make sense to have this field type added?
