We would like a Gantt Chart based on Programs not projects. Currently WF does not have this feature in reporting... WF Gantt charts will only show either Projects or Tasks. Anyone else need this type of reporting?
It'd be great to set by job role or layout template (not on each individual proof workflow set up) the resolve comments feature is enabled. Impact: eliminate clicks for proof creator; consistent experience for workers who are making edits from comments (and can indicate they've resolved that comment);

We are unable to remove the global Hour Type options from the employees Available Hour Types component (Object: User).We have received feedback from local markets they prefer employees to allocate time against locally approved HOur Types and not include the option to add hours to the generic global Hour Types.We propose implementing some logic here to enable this:if there are no project-specific hour types in the Hour Type database, show global Hour Type as default (i.e. Project Time, Task Time etc).if there are project-specific hour types in the Hour Type database, allow the admin to deselect the global Hour Type(s) (i.e. Project Time, Task Time etc).

If you use HTML code in your Email Script token, Marketo displays this code in the text-only version of you email. Example: Your Email Script token has <table width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0"> <tr> <td align="left"> <p>Some text</p> </td> </tr> </table> And be sure your customers will see the same code (not only "Some text") in the text-only version.
It would be nice to be able to download ALL T&T campaign data at one time (in bulk). Currently one has to download each campaign's data individually. When you have hundreds of campaigns - well, you know... Also the ability to deactivate and delete campaigns in bulk would be great too.
Can we change how the buttons are named on document approval decisions? Right now the only option is Reject, Approved, Approved with Changes. Our company would like the flexibility to adjust these to our needs.For example:Can the 'Reject' button be changed to 'Reviewed'
We have established processes for Approvals in our organization - both at the project and the task level (example: the end-result of a task needs to be approved by a manager prior to the team member moving on to the next task). Right now the Approvals associated with Projects or Tasks can be edited, removed, re-created by the Owner of a project. We'd like the option to lock that, so that the project leads can't even edit who does the approvals - they must happen. Additionally, they can delete Approvals that have already occurred. We'd like this to be disabled, so that the Approval can sit within the project's history.
