I would like to be able to add a filter to a report with repeating delivery so that it only sends out if the report contains information. For example I have a report showing issues which have been waiting for approval for more than 1 week. Sometimes there are no issues overdue, so I do not want Workfront to send out an empty report.
The ability to extend the durable unsubscribe functionality to additional fields. Durable unsubscribe is explained here (https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Durable+Unsubscribe) and unsubscribes all records which share an email address, if that email address is unsubscribed. The option to apply this to additional fields would be extremely useful in an instance where you have several brands (with a shared customer base) and are using custom unsubscribe fields. With privacy laws focusing more closely on consent, being unable to set up this functionality with custom fields is a serious constraint.
Lenovo needs the ability to refresh a “sandbox” MSD environment from a “production” MSD environment and have the native sync continue to work in Sandbox Marketo (without having to migrate to a net new Marketo instance). Lenovo refreshes the “sandbox” MSD environment from “production” MSD twice annually via the process documented here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/copy-environment. It is our understanding that “refreshing” an MSD instance like this results in having to provision a net new Marketo instance and having to do a migration from the “old” Marketo Sandbox instance to the new one - and this process is too time consuming to complete twice a year. We understand that this functionality is available for Marketo’s native sync with Salesforce but not with Dynamics.
We have the ability for users to delete issues and tasks with logged hours turned off. However, this does not stop a user from deleting the entire project, issues and tasks included. We would like the ability to disable project deletion if any of its objects or the project itself has logged time.
Currently, the ability to modify a task's assignment allocation is only located when you edit (three dots > Assignments > edit allocation > Save) which adds extra clicks and time. We have group a users that would greatly benefit from a small change to be able able to edit from the task's overview as well, for quick management.
We have received a request to add the Filter component to the All Timesheets tab. This will allow Line Managers and Power Admins to filter a list by custom metadata or standard Workfront parameters (for example, license type).Whilst the users can achieve this in the people or user sections, we feel this could be a valuable enhancement for the timesheet module where you may have several thousand employees on the system and need to narrow down the user within the Timesheet module directly.Best regards,Christian
Can we have an inactivity filter "Not Was Added to SFDC Campaign" in place for identifying leads that missed entering in a particular SFDC campaign?
Every time we need to develop a lead flow logic, smart campaigns are required in the first place. Sometimes we have to create multiple test campaigns for achieving the desired results. It would be best if we can have a Lead Flow Preview in place without having to run single or multiple campaigns while testing the logic. We can use dummy or real leads and see whether they'd pass or not through the smartlist criteria, choices, flows, etc without having to make a campaign live.
It would be great to see when an email asset was both created and last modified right in the Summary tab. I can find the info today using search but it would be so much nicer and less time-consuming to see it right on the Summary tab like we do for Smart Campaigns and Programs.
