A lead is deemed sales ready. How can this be communicated to sales?

A. Lead Status

B. Send a marketing email

C. Send the lead an alert

D. Add to Engagement Program

I was thinking about C but I was really confused with the wording. Please check and suggest the correct answer.

Q: Role of CEO, Marketing, Sales, CRM

CEO : Company Strategy

Marketing : Demand Generation

CRM: Have the past details of the opportunity

Please suggest if the above is correct?

Communication to sales could be done through more than 1 method like Sending alert (Snapshot below) or through MSE

But given the options in this specific question, the right option would be through "lead status"

Hi @Harish Gupta ,

The answer to the first question is A - Lead Status. It cannot be C because the option says "Send the LEAD an alert"  not send Sales Owner an alert. and  are clearly the wrong answers to this question.

- This is correct!

Thanks for the reply.

I was confused that Lead status is the just the indication for Sales. But they mentioned in the question about "communicated to sales". Don't you think that communication should be by sending an email only?
