I don't use snippets - can anyone help answer this question? Which of the following is NOT true about a snippet?

I'm thinking it's A since "any graphical element" probably covers images, but anyone familiar with snippets that can confirm?

Snippets can be used as dynamic content blocks on Emails and Landing Pages. and It is re-usable content for implementing dynamic content when used with segments, and can be added to a single, editable region within an email​.

C. is the correct answer. While it's true that you use segments to assist putting the snippet in the landing page/emails, C. is the more comprehensive answer.
