Promotional and Operational Emails???
Would reminder email be an operational email or a promotional email?

Hi Vinay,
It depends on what type of campaign are you running. If you are sending the reminders for the post webinar registrations, they can go as operational, since the audience had signed up for your webinar. On the other side, if you are sending emails to get the audience sign up for the webinar, they will go out as a promotional email.
