Split audience

Hi,

I need to send two emails to a split audience. So 50% receive email A and the rest (remaining 50%) receive email B. No testing, pure split of audience. How do i do that?

Thanks,

Ajay

The easiest way is to use the flow "send email" and add a choice. The first choice would be "if random sample is 50 percent" send email A and the default choice would be send email B.

How are you splitting the audience? Is it strictly a random split?

If not, can you use segmentation in any way? You could then use one email but dynamic content (Segment A gets the default and Segment B gets the dynamic version).

If not, you may be able to use the Random Sample function in the Smart List. Use it to create the first list then exclude that list when making the second. I have not tested that but believe it should work.

Thanks Devin.  I finally used the option "Add Choice" in the "Flow" of smart campaign.
