Hi all!I am hoping someone can help me out with this, I am in Scene7 --> Application Setup --> Adobe Analytics, and I have set up events for LOAD, PAGE and SWAP, all pushing to custom conversion eVars I made specifically for this purpose.  After linking an Analytics account, I am able to get the correct AA variables to push to, pushing the "viewerId", "pageLabel" and "asset" Scene7 vars respectively.  My goal is to get some data about how often a flipbook is loaded and an idea of at what point most users abandon it, but when I run a report in analytics I get is no data (everything is categorized as "none").Any help on where I might have messed this up would be appreciated, thanks! Marty

We're currently only pulling in Organic and Direct traffic source into our analytics. We need to pull in from other traffic sources such as referral, social, email, etc. There is a difference of millions between what we are seeing in Google Analytics vs. Adobe Analytics. How do we ensure we're pulling in data from referral traffic to our website?

Hi all,Looking for a bit of advice on an issue we have - one of our teams has set up a redirect test within Target however the analytics server call for the original page sometimes happens before the redirect therefore we see a visit to both pages. Is there a way to strip these out of the original page? I've had a play with segments but data doesn't feel right!

I have a dashboard that uses a Segment form control that the user can use to select the segment for the requests.    Eash of the requests reference the cell location of the form control . When I change the value of the Segment and use VBA, e.g., automationObject.RefreshWorksheetRequests(ActiveWorkbook.Sheets("File Downloads"),  the results do not use the segment selected. How do I force my requests to use the value in the Segment drop down form control? Thanks,Kathryn

Hello,I would like to ask, whether someone knows, how I can deal with the following issue.Subject of the analysis: “How many titles, which people checked had been downloaded”Description:All titles for particular books are available as dimensions called “Content Context Title” and are registered as eVarsBelow you can see, how we can distinguish a traffic for particular titles:We also track an event called: “Titledownload” - it is called, when people just click the button on page and download particular titles. Taking into account aforementioned information, I wanted to check how many visits and unique visitors were registered for situations, when people download particular titles. Therefore I wanted to check all visits, where last steps registered within the particular visits were as follow: particular title -> Titledownload  (combination of eVar and event) In order to do this I used Fallout analysis from the Analysis WorkspaceI defined 2 steps:  eVar with particular title -> Actio

Our company built a small angular 2 site as a proof of concept, http://www.jstor.org/analyze/. We have text links on the home page of our main website driving visitors to the home page of angular site. We have added campaign IDs on the links going o the angular site.  One thing that I noticed is the click throughs are twice as high as the page views for the home page of the angular site. When I looked at the pages report and ran a correlation with the campaign IDs, the campaign IDs were also reporting for non-home page visits. I implemented the page name tracking using pushState. Because the site is angular, is that the reason even though we are targeting one page, other pages are also reporting campaign IDs in the pages report?

I'm using Report Builder and I need to pull both historical and ongoing monthly data by custom dates for a client that wants to change reporting from calendar months to a 5-4-4 fiscal calendar. I've had multiple reports set up as "Last 2 months" date range and Monthly granularity so I can have this month's and last month's numbers for each line of each report, but I can't seem to find a way to do this if I have to specify custom dates for each month. Is there anything similar to Site Catalyst's Compare Dates option that lets you pull data for two different custom ranges in the same report?Another possible workaround is to switch to using the Custom Calendar with the 4-5-4 option, but apparently that doesn't work for historical data when you change to it. I might also change back to Site Catalyst but I'd rather not.

Documentation Link - https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/sc/clickstream/clickstream.pdfI am trying to compute time spent per visit using Click-stream Data Feeds. The page 54 on the documentation says that to compute time spent you should group visid_high, visid_low, and visit_num. But instead for finding the visits and visitors the documentation specifies using combination of post_visid_high and post_visid_low (page 53 of the documentation). Should it be consistent across all the metrics? I am suspecting there is some typo or some major point which I am missing.

Team - How can we get top 10 site URL visited along with counts in last 8 hours using REST API through adobe analytics? I am using Rest API  to get analytics data from adobe analytics cloud and able to get past days data using ranked type report, but facing challenge to get data for past some hours (eg past 10 hours). Real time is not working here because if I will pass data granularity 60:minute then getting 10 sets of trended results which are not accurate. Please provide me sample report description JSON request  to get top 10 site URL visited in last 10 hours ?

Hi there, I was hoping to get some help with our list variable setup.  It was our last list variable available and is list variable 3 for tracking positioning of products on a given category.  For some reason it is not showing or there is no way to associate back to which pagename and row/slot that we have the products listed on a given page.  Example - product1,product2,product3, listvar3: row1-slot1, row1slot2, row1slot3, etcPagename- www.site.com/coats-categoryWhen looking at adobe it is showingPage - www.site.com/coats-categoryproduct placement - row1-slot1 - product 1row2- slot2 product 1       It is basically showing the same product in multiple rows - almost like it is pulling in different pagenames when pulling a given page, or it is attributing the pageviews and such across all of the products and all of the pages - there really is no way to pinpoint the exact page - product placement and given product for a given spot...  I'm suspicious it may have someting to do with the dat

Hi,Is there any documentation available for LiveClicker video tracking in Adobe Analytics? We have the videos tracking enabled but we are seeing the milestone tags continue to fire even when the videos are paused. Trying to understand what could be causing this and how can we fix it? Thanks,Swaty

Hi, I've currently opened a Next Page Report on one of our company's pages, and I now have a list of 200 pages which visitors next clicked on to for the time period I specified (say, Feb 2017) with counts against each page.  Now, I'd like to see the break down of those counts in February down to a day-by-day basis.  So, for all 200 pages, I'd like to see 28 numbers each, representing how many visitors each of the 200 pages received for every day in February. How can I do this?  Thank you!

Hi, I have 2 websites. On Website A is a Brand Awareness campaign and Website B is a Lead Generation Campaign. My Paid Media is driving traffic to Website A. When users land on Website A they have to click a button for more information which directs them to Website B to either purchase or contact us. The problem i am having is that I can't attribute the users from Paid media (Website A) to a conversion on Website B. I can track the referrers tab but can't the user journey of the referrer? Is there a way to attribute Website A users to Website B Sales or Contact us submissions? Or how far into the User Journey can i track the referral users from Website A to Website B. The Referral URL contains a CSRef which we can use to identify but all i can see if the page that they landed on. I cant seem to find out if they lead to a sale or completed a form submission. Please can you advise how can I see this data on Website B.

Hi, can you help me understand why I have 0 instances in the referring domains report but so many entries on one page?I get the difference between site entries (which are unique per visit) and instances (which can happen multiple times during visit). But what does it mean to have 0 instances of the particular referring domain, but having almost 2k entries for a page?

Do we have getpercentagepageviewed plugin or something similar for mobile

For example - we have "Other Project Specific Text" Plw in the same two fields across multiple Projects and users are going in each row (in the Report results or Project list) and manually changing "Plw" to "Pillow". I know this system isn't like a spreadsheet, but does any functionality like that exist to make that easier? Thank you!
