I paid for the Acrobat Pro DC but don't have it; plus, I keep getting the ad to buy it when I already have!  Also, I cannot find a phone number to speak with a human.

Try as I might, I can't figure out how to assign values to products variable in DTM.Is this supported in DTM?

Hi,I'd like to segment/split visitors/visits in to 2 like %80 to %20 and show different remarketing codes to this different segmented users. For example for users who are in %20 Code A will fire, for users who are in %80 Code B will fire.I couldnt find a rule for this in DTM? Hello Experts,I am very new to adobe analytics and just want to understand the difference between DTM and legacy code implementation. RegardsRK

Hi,Can't we use multiple query param in Adobe DTM to track campaign when we use appmeasurement.js. Is there any known issue?I understand, that we need to use  s.Util.getQueryParam to track campaign.  But, it is not working.

Hi there,I am new to DTM so please bear with me. I'm trying to add 4 - 3rd party vendor scripts to only the home page. Here are the steps I did:1) Create a rule in Page Load Rules2) select Trigger rule at Bottom of Page3) Choose Domain as Criteria, Add Criteria4) Add 4 scripts in 3rd party tags5) Save, Publish, ApproveNow I see these 4 tags showing up on all pages. I just want it to show up on the homepage. Should I be selecting a different criteria? Thank you kindly for any helpMS

My company is in the process of moving to Adobe Analytics/DTM.In short order we also want to replace Tealium with DTM.We have 20 profiles in Tealium. The biggest one has 55 active tags 100+ load rules and 45 mapped data sources. Some like Crazy Egg just require that we paste in some code, but others are more complicated.I've taken the DTM training and have some practical experience with it but I haven't been able to find any documentation on implementing various third party tags. The "Dynamic Tag Management Product Documentation" has less than half a page dedicated to this topic.I keep reading that DTM can load all tags, but I need help with the "how" part. Thanks,Ali

We have a massive database from which automatic email campaigns need to be run, using many variables, can someone help with info on how Marketing Cloud can do this, thanks

Why is AppMeasurement library not loading/loading multiple times?

Hello,I'm using a Non-Sequential HTML Javascript/Third Party tag, where I'm using the following script to pass data to a 3rd party tag.<script>x = _satellite.getVar('Sub-Total');</script>The problem that I have is that no data is passed to "x".I have also tried the following:<script>var x = $('td[data-hook="order_item_total"]').text().substring(1);</script>In this case I'm getting $ is undefined. Note, both methods work when I test it in the Javascript console and if I use a Non-Sequential Javascript tag. What do I need to add to make either of these work? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks,Ridder

We have a rule that fires on a change event for a drop down list & are having trouble figuring out how we can get the text of the selected item.Using %this.@text% in the GA part of the rule doesn't work. As in this case, "this" will be the select element for the drop down not the selected option.Any help how we can do this would be much appreciated.Cheers Wayne

We are migrating to DTM.  Currently (w/out DTM) we have two Site Catalyst Reporting Suite IDs and we toggle between them based on a user's state ( Consumer or B2B Customer).  Is there a way to do that in Tag Manager?  We have the dataObject on the page, so we can manage it in a  rule, but appears to be a global property - one per site.  This is a show stopper for us.

On every AEM page we put a global Google Analytics property ID and for many subdomains/subdirectories we place a local site ID in addition.  Google Tag Manager uses a lookup table to map page urls to variables.  We need to setup something like this in DTM.  What is the best way to do this?

I would like to track the form submission using DTM. If we use event based tracking how can I check if all the form fields are validated before tracking submission button? How these types of logic are added in DTM?

Folks,I'm trying to make sure I'm doing the Data element macro correctly.  I'm using the following code in an image pixel request:<img height="1" width="1" alt="" style="display:none" src="https://www.domain.com/tr?ev=XXXXXXX&cd[value]=_satellite.getVar('Order SubTotal');&cd[currency]=USD&noscript=1"/>Most examples we have found are using the macro in JS.  So will this work for a Non-Sequential HTML?Thanks in advance.Stuart

Hi to all,we're struggling into possible DTM Adobe Analytics Tool conditions, in order to let the tool be active only on certain pages. In fact, tools settings don't allow any Conditions, like Rules instead. If we flag the "Page code is already present" checkbox, no tool code would be active at all.Our requirement is that just some pages already have the page code, thus the Adobe Analytics tool would be active just for the other ones.In short, it would be like the "Page code is already present" checkbox could be conditioned. We tested some Page-load rules which could fire, conditionally, the tool, but it does not work.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How do I provision marketing cloud ID service with DTM?

Hi, I would like to understand how to set a data element based on a portion of a cookie.Example:cookie=cid=123 | uid=jsmith | account=123456 | auth=UNHow can I set the values of each of these items (cid, uid, account, auth) into their own separate data elements? Thanks for any advice!

Hi,Can someone please help me with a Dynamic Tag Management problem?  I am looking for the proper configuration of event based rule conditions to capture the click on an anchor tag whose only unique property value is for an onclick attribute.Example below:<a href="javascript:;" onclick="processlink('http://mywebsite.com/docs/download/2015/04/aab394e4-1f7c-0010-82c7-eda71af511fa.pdf',true,false)"><span>Get the map</span></a> The most obvious method of manually assigning properties and attributes for onclick = does not seem to work. Thanks in advance,Brian

I know how to track single element. Since here we have a bunch of different elements, can anyone help how to track them using DTM? I don't want to create separate rule for each element. Hi, I am new to the community and Adobe Analytics.  In a recent report my manager pointed out that internal referrals to our website account for 50% or more of our traffic.  I investigated a little more and noticed that when a user is logged into our site and they log off it counts as a referral because they are returning to the homepage. I am trying to figure out how to adjust this data through a segment or a metric so that our internal referral rate does not appear so high.ThanksMatt

I have the requirement to add paid media tag on submit of a form. I have created an event based rule on submit. If i try to test event based rule using 1. localStorage.setItem(‘sdsat_stagingLibrary’,true); 2._satellite.setDebug(true); It doesn't work. When i try this i get undefined in console. But it shows all the page level rule. I don't see only the event based rule. Now i am not sure how to test the event based rule. Is there any other way can we test this?

Hello All,I am trying to implement Google Analytic via DTM.I am using a Direct Call Rule as it is being implemented for AngularJS website. My one rule should work across different product. Based upon the product I am setting other parameters such as page name, dimensions etc.For Adobe Analytic, DTM provides option to do Custom Coding. But for google, that option is missing. So how do I configure my custom page names and dimension dynamically based upon the URL or Product for Google Analytic in DTM?Please not that I do not want to put the code at Tool level customized settings as my site is angular and I am suppressing the first default page load. Regards

I've run into an issue that is confounding me greatly.I am setting the GA Universal Account IDs for Staging & Production using data elements, however for some reason when the tool loads in the browser, DTM returns the static text used in the tool configuration, rather than the UA-xxxxxx-x value. The tool is configured to load at Page Bottom, and I've confirmed by going through every function in the Satellite JS that the data element is set correctly prior to the tool loading. Yet, I continue to get static text returned. Illustration attached. Is anybody else successfully using data elements to set Account ID for GA? I should note that I can't use data elements *anywhere* within the GA tool configuration without having this issue. Adobe Analytics works fine. Any ideas?
