Is there anyway to proxy forwarding 3rd party URLS present in CQ page ?

Hi All,Need your help resolving this issue which is quite a blocker for us to upgrade from CQ5.6 to AEM6.We have written a custom connector of DocumentNodeStoreService using "Two-way SSL + x509" to establish the connection between AEM6 and MongoDB.We can able to make connection but our AEM6 content is not getting loaded into mongodb whereas, I can see the connection is established and service is started without any error. Please let me know if you need any more details for further investigationAny help will be highly appreciated

This question might be slightly confusing but here we go. In this questions we have two components. The first component is a container component consisting of a single column, single row table with a parsys in the cell and optional headers, hereinafter referred to as Container Component. The second component is a custom table component we have created, hereinafter referred to as Table Component. The author chooses how many columns and rows the table contains and the component creates the HTML using these variables. Each cell contains a single parsys that allows the author to drag any other component into it, RTE for example. When the Table Component is added to the Container Component using the parsys, the Edit Config bar of the Container Component immediately begins increasing its pixel width forever. No other component makes the Container do this and adding the Table Component to other component's parsys does not give the same results. The Container Component outlined code can be seen

I am referencing this document http://adobedocsdiff.headwire.com/sitediff/serve/2015-01-29/data/docs/en/aem/6-0/deploy/recommended-deploys.html for  Oak Cluster with Sharded MongoDB.Let me ask few questions.Question1. Can we have Router/Mongos and one of MongoDB Primary Server on Same box where AEM Publish is installed considering box is very high capacity in terms memory and CPU.Question2.  Mongos/Router i believe is very lightweight not actual Database store like Mongo DB primary or secondary?Question3. if we install AEM with MongoMK with no clustering just like AEM with TarMK..Can we apply clustering in future on Mongo DB to leverage replication feature of MongoDB?Regards,Chandra

Hi ,we are encountering an issue when we are building one project .The issue is when we run Maven Build through Jenkin it was expected to deploy to Author and publish environments. This is to build to multiple environments and we have 4 environments when we try to run the build it successfully uploaded the packages in 3 environments where as for one particular environment it throws error and package was not getting uploaded. If we restart Sling eventing bundle and re-run the build it gets loaded fine. But it is not a solution to restart sling eventing bundle every time.Below is the error snippet we got.Any help would be highly appreciated.[WARN] HttpMethodDirector - Preemptive authentication requested but no default proxy credentials available [ERROR] Missing response status information in response: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <html> <head> <title>Content modified /crx/packmgr/service.jsp</title> </head> <body> <h1>Content modifie

Template allowedPaths  is deprecated? How will I know? If we go with Adobe documentation then below link comes and it is not mentioned in that. http://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-0/develop/the-basics/templates.htmlWhere as for the same link we change the language to FR then it shows that allowedPaths is deprecated method. http://docs.adobe.com/docs/fr/aem/6-0/develop/the-basics/templates.htmlWhat is this? :(

I have installed 3 author clusters on a single mongoDB. The activation process takes long than a TAR MK author. When I checked the logs in debug mode , lucene indexing was going on. Will lucene indexing slow down the publishing process?

Hi everyone,we use an EventHandler to listen for Events from type PageEvent and we want to use a specific filter. The problem is that all information are saved inside an array (called: modifications). Here is a code example:@Component(immediate = true) @Service(value = EventHandler.class) @Properties({ @Property(name = EventConstants.EVENT_TOPIC, value = PageEvent.EVENT_TOPIC), @Property(name = EventConstants.EVENT_FILTER, value = "(modifications=*)") })Is there an opportunity to filter specific attributes from "modifications", like "path" or "type"? We already tried LDAP filters like: "modifications.path=...", "modifications/path=...", etc.Are there any suggestions?

As I understand JS code drived by Mozilla Rhino => JS code has full access to all services(example: java.lang.System.exit).I can create a new page (example: /blabla/i-am-hidden-url) and write simple JS controller: java.lang.System.exit(0); (yesss. it work)  If I make request to:  /blabla/i-am-hidden-url server will shutdown. I think - AEM should block "dangerous"(not only java.lang.System.exit) API in JS. JS should only prepare/convert data before rendering. Thank you

We have the below structure in classic UI:comp1:  xtype: cqinclude         path: /apps/thf/components/........./comp2/dialog/items/items/tab1.infinity.json comp2:          xtype: panel Finding problem in converting it to respective touch ui dialog. Any suggestions?

Hi, need curl command to check the family name and given name, if any one of the name is missing, need list of all such profiles with profile property. Thanks in advance.

Hi,We recently upgraded our CQ 5.6.1 to AEM 6.1 with Mongo DB.  Our upgraded AEM 6.1 is throwing the "Missing Authentication Service" error.  The error.log file is saying that a blob could not be found and a call was issued to shut down the repository.  How do we delete the blob Id in Mongo DB (assuming that's where it is getting the Id and complaining that the blob could not be found in the file system at crx-quickstart/repository/repository/datastore)?  Thanks in advance.

There are cq(cq, data-path, data-config) Tags that appear on the page(Qui correspont un composant) also . I would like to know how can tone remove them, wenn when I publish a page.

Hi,I have in my local version of cq5 a thread that runs every minute, checks a queue and executes a task. It works fine.I need now to export it in my production environment. The production has a slave and a master therefore i need to execute my code only in the master.@Properties({ @Property(name="scheduler.runOn", value="LEADER"), @Property(name="scheduler.expression", value="0 * * * * ?"), @Property(name="scheduler.concurrent",boolValue=false) })My bundle is in production and with the system console i can see the process. The first instruction of this process is a print to the error.log but if i inspect the log of the master and the slave i can't see nothing. This is my logger:protected final Logger log = LoggerFactory.getLogger(this.getClass());Could it be that the log is redirected to another file?I think that this process isn't started. How can i verify it?Need i a procedure to refresh the quartz scheduler? Thanks

We have a custom component "Thumbnail with RichText Title". In the component we have image component and we are required to add two custom fields - one for image alignment (dropdown with values as left and right) and other field is size (33% or 50%).I have created the node structure and able to get the fields in the component.Could anyone please guide me with the next steps to be followed for the alignment and size field to work on the component. Thanks in advance,Swathi.

I followed the instructions to upgrade my author instance 5.6 to 6.1 (https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/deploy/upgrade.html).When I finished, I launched AEM, but couldn't do anything, all I have is this blank page saying Authentication Failed. However, I am getting HTTP ERROR: 503 error with Authentication Failed. I got to know that this is due to the reason that the repository is not up.The log files show me this:01.10.2015 12:18:32.065 *ERROR* [OsgiInstallerImpl] com.day.jcr.vault.fs.io.Importer E Packaged node types (javax.jcr.nodetype.InvalidNodeTypeDefinitionException: [{http://www.day.com/jcr/cq/1.0}CalendarComponent] invalid supertype: {http://www.day.com/jcr/cq/1.0}GeoLocation)What's wrong?

Hi,If a user is part of multiple groups (e.g. authors, approvers, admin) and these groups have overlapping permissions in the sense that approvers can have all authors' permissions as well as some additional permissions, will that user have the maximum or minimum of these different permission sets ?Is there any documentation around this ?We're on AEM 6.1Thanks,Abhishek

i18n Translation is working via instances but not through dispatcher. Say when we translate it through qlexrcq5pub001.lex.lexmark.com:4502/libs/cq/i18n/translator.html.It is working fine. But when translate through dispatcher URL https://webauthor-qa.lexmark.com/libs/cq/i18n/translator.html the change is not reflecting.

HelloWe are migrating from 5.6.1 to 6.1 server. We have configured 3rd party webservices for profiles. These webservices work perfectly fine with 5.6.1 but seem to give a performance issue on 6.1 and we get a delayed response(about more than a minute to respond) while saving profile records. There is no change in the webservice code with regards to migration. Is there any configuration I need to change as part of 6.1 while might help avoid this issue. Not sure on the root cause for this delay.Logs have not been too helpful either.Thanks,Sonali.
