Having a tough time trying to schedule auto files sent to sftp using reportbuilder. Contacted CC a few times but got no where. What's the right way in doing this? Thanks,

I'm not seeing the Time Spent On Site metric any more since things were rearranged recently.  Where is it?  It's one of the first-line metrics I report.

I know everything in SEO but  don't know about social media marketing, So anybody may suggest me some site for practice it.?

I have generated the trending report. Y axis it displays as visit. I like to rename that. Is there any way we can rename it?I have attached the report for reference. Your answer is really appreciated.  Thank you

Not sure if anyone encountered this, or if this have been identified: bounce rate from the interface shows 32%, but when i pull it from reportbuilder, it's 0.32%.

Here's my way for your reference:http://www.example.cn?channel=paid-search&tacampaign=local-fy2015&campaign=local-fy2015&message=brand&publisher=abc&website=abc&adunit=A&adgroup=B&keyword=C&matchtype=phrase?cid=paid-search||local-fy1415|brand|abc|abc|textad|A|C|Phrase|B|||| As a result, only unica could be successfully tracked. What the problem is? Many thanks,

I am seeing "Unspecified" line item data in huge numbers. Could this be because of any existing untagged campaigns?

When I create new Calculated Metrics and want to see the trend of the metric in the "Favorites" left navigation area, I can only see the newly created metric by logging out and re-logging in to Adobe Analytics.  I tried refreshing and that didn't work.  Does anyone know of a trick to see this new metric without having to log out and back in?  Thanks!

Hi,What could be the reason if the DFA campaign is not tied up the page traffic visit once after done the Sitecatalyst-DFA integration via Data connectors. ? We have a number of forms that user's complete as part of a purchase process.  Does anyone have any recommendations / best practices for how to implement conversion tracking and view/completion rate for multiple forms? Setting up an event for each form would allow the "Custom Event Report" to show this correct?  But could I get views / completion rate using that method?  Thoughts? Just curious what others are doing and brainstorming a bit. Thanks!Joe

Hello, I'm currently trying to build a report using Adobe's Report Builder but can't figure out how to pull data for three dimensions? Essentially, I want the columns to look like this:Page Name | Page URL | Referring URL | Unique VisitorsCan anyone help me with this please? Many thanks,Yousif

I am working with a corporate customer on a custom dashboard.  The custom dashboard has been working fine but for some reason the customer is no longer able to get to it on 02/05/2015. She has tried the following to access it:Click View All Reports, then Dashboards, then Manage Dashboards. On the Manage Dashboards page she locates and clicks the link to the custom  dashboard.- OR -Click custom dashboard under "Frequently Viewed" in the left navigation.- OR -Click custom dashboard under "Report History" in the left navigation. Each time she clicks the link to the custom dashboard, the dashboard appears briefly, and then disappears, and she sees the default "Site Overview" dashboard instead. She has always used IE10, she does not have access to other browsers to test for corporate reasons.  I was not able to replicate since I use Firefox and was able to get to the custom dashboard.  My assumption is this is a browser issue, since it seems to work with Firefox but I could be wrong.  Is ther

Hey All,I'm looking for any recommendations on the best way(s) of tracking and analyzing website navigation. Primarily for engagement/clicks, but the business team is also interested in how click instances convert. Currently, we are tracking all Left Navigation clicks with an eVar. So looking at metrics such as: instances, orders, revenue, conversion (orders/instances), and revenue per action (revenue/instance). Some open questions are: 1. We'd like to similarly incorporate Header and Footer clicks, as some left navigation links have recently moved to the Header. Should we track these in the same "Left Nav" eVar and also collect a location (left nav, header, footer) in a prop? Should we create two new eVars for each (header, footer)? Or should we do something entirely different? 2. As we have a responsive design site, we've come across some issues with tracking the mobile inflection. Should we track this the same way as Question 1, or differently? Our Mobile Inflection is also a little

Would love to be able to add the most common bookmarks to the scheme.

Is it possible to create a segment where I compare values of an evar to previous values of the evar, and then to only include visits where the evar has changed. Basically, I want all visits where an evarN.value != previous_evarN.value for a visit. Since I won't know what the previous value of evarN was, I can't set it specifically using "equals" and then use a "not equals".

The product Im building requires our clients (Adobe Omniture users) to grant us access to their traffic data. I understand OAuth 3 legged Flow is there precisely for this purpose. I however am not a paying Adobe Omniture user and the Docs specify to use OAuth I need an AdobeID ("Step 1: Link your Analytics account to your Adobe ID") but this itself requires SiteCatalyst for which I understand I need to become a paying member. Am I mistaken in any of these steps, or is there a way around this?Additionally following the directions of OAuth 3 legged Flow I can (ignoring step 1, as explained above) get a code through steps 2&3, however in step 4 calling https://api.omniture/com/token/?[...] to exchange code for access token returns 404. Has this changed since the docs were last updated? Thanks,Javier

I'm using Evar2 for Internal Campaign IDs. It is set up as a Merchandising EvarSyntax: 'Conversion Variable Syntax'Allocation: 'First'Expiration: 'Purchase'Binding Events: 'Purchase Event', 'Product View Event', and 'Cart Add Event'In this particular question, there is an internal campaign that links to a product detail page, where a product view is set. Clicking through on the internal campaign results in this:Events 'prodView' products '123456' eVar2 '7890'Since the 'Product View Event' occurs on this resulting page, and is one of the binding methods, I would expect this SKU to bind to the value of '7890' in eVar2 and remain so until purchase. When I run a report on this particular entry (7890) in eVar2 and break it down by Products, with Revenue as a metric, I'm seeing other products being purchased.I'm okay that maybe SKU 7890 wasn't purchased at all, but I would not expect other products to be present there, because they were never bound to that value for eVar2Thanks

I seem to be running into limitations very quickly with row labels for a report I want to run in Report Builder.  It appears that I'm only able to add two or three dimensions at the most for a single metric, and then I'm done.  Am I really limited to running a report out of the Data Warehouse and not from Report Builder.  If so, what's the purpose in having report builder?

Hey there,Can someone tell me what the difference between "MATCHES" and "EQUALS" is when used in the segment builder?  And when I would use MATCHES and not EQUALS?  I used them the same way and both gave me the same result. Thanks,Rose

One of the report suites I work with is not showing full page URLS - I have other report suites that this menu option and data shows up for. I checked the warehouse and tried pulling with the Excel plug in. What would cause this to happen and how can I get to this data? Thanks, John

Trying to upload new SAINT classification file but receiving below message since since 2/6/14. Any ETA on when this will be resolved?"Failure: We are currently performing maintenance on our servers. During this period, all stats from your web site are still being logged (you won't lose any information). Please try again later."

Hi, I'm trying to use numeric 2 classifications for cost data import. I've setup the classification called "MyCosts" under "campaign" variable. I've exported classification template and filled one row with data. As announced, I want to classify "campaign" parameter. But still facing difficulties with importing the classification file - error "Invalid Period" (I'm uploading csv file with tab delimiter which normally works for other imports). File I'm trying to upload + screenshot from Analytics interface attached. Any advice or help very much appreciated. Thanks

Hello there I have a job site which happens to publish jobs in Nigeria, but for some time now I am experiencing content theft via rss and I am looking for ways to make my web content more like adobe reader where by it will be difficult to steal my contents. Any help from anyone will be very much welcome.

We're a small marketing agency out of Canada, and had a few questions about adobe analytics. Mostly whether if it's worth the switch for small datasets, ie. is adobe marketing cloud more big data orientated or is there a smaller lightweight solution geared towards small teams. Same with pricing as well, seems hard to find a direct response online. Anyways our site is http://rocketnow.com for reference. Anyways any insight is much appreciated.

Last week (Feb 6) there was an AD HOC issue that slowed analysis way down, this was fixed Feb 9th  however since then I cannot use a saved project, I can open it but then the application either freezes or is "running reports" for a long time and in effect cannot be used. If I start a new project then it works just fine until I save it, exit and try to reload that project, then it freezes again on the reload. This is of course very annoying as I have to rebuild my project each time in order to complete my analysis.I use 2 different computers one corporate computer via VPN and the other my work computer directly over the Internet. I use the latest version of Java on both. Both have the same issue.Any suggestions as to how this can be resolved?Update - it appears that the data requests that I ran were quite large so Ad Hoc could manage it on the initial run but choked when the project needed to be reloaded. I will have to break up my requests into smaller projects and see if that helps.
