Trying to simply signup. I create an account. But when I try to create a product or sandbox, this is what I see ( attached) Basically it refuses to let me create anything.

I'm working with selected (filtered) tracking codes with breakdowns, however it's limited to five (5) codes at a time. Is there a way to increase this to all in order to export? Thanks in advanced.

Hi guys,Quite a lot I am seeing "Low Traffic" value as a number 1 in the report result. I think I have read somewhere that the "Low Traffic" variable means --> values with small contribution. But most of the time the "Low Traffic" value contributes over 90%. (attached pict)Any hint how I get rid of it? When I break it down, it shows "NONE". Hard to do any analysis on this data set. Thanks, Jakub

How do you like the new dashboard?  I like the old version better.

Hi,After renewal of menu, I cannot find scheduled report page.Could you tell me where is that page?In Japanese help site doesn't work it.Tomo

Currently Omniture code is transparent to main functionality, but still coupled with the web-site code (minimally it resides on web page), which is not feasible for our environment. We have 100+ web applications (10+ yr old), we want to run some basic analytic against them (no. of unique users, total number of hits etc), nothing fancy. Just to see usage pattern around them.Applications are on http protocol, so reading encrypted packet is not an issue.I was wondering if Omniture/adobe provide some sort of network utility to do this?

Hello! My co-workers always use advanced filter in some reports. But she frustrated with SiteCatalyst slowly reaction (even if opening advanced filter window) because of huge database.I knew that I inputted following characters at page report, main question means pagename data includes "main" and "question".If I wanted to filter pagename data include "main " or "question",How should I input filter box without opening advanced filter box?I tried input the box "main|question", but it didn't work.If you had time, could you answer this question? Tomo

Hello,The standard configuration for SC is to strip out query string parameters to a page. This makes sense to record page?cid=test as just /page.However, we have some pages that require taking in a query string parameter in order to serve up dynamic content. How do we make changes to SC to observe those pages as separate pages?Example /page?param=1 and /page?param=2 as 2 separate pages. Also is it possible to limit it to such that only the desired param is listed as the link so links like /page?param=1%unwantedparam=2 is only recorded as /page?param=1My thought is to deploy s.PageName in the custom dynamic content. Any best practices for these kinds of dynamic pages? Thanks!

Hi,I was wondering if anyone can clarify if 's_fid' is the visitor cookie if the visitorAPI.js first-party cookie tracking is adopted. If it is then is the 's_vi' cookie used at all in visitor identification. Thanks,Sid

Hi,I have created some calculated metrics of numeric type.It shows correct value when selected for the report but in place of Total it is showing n/a.Please suggest, how to get the total for the same. thanks,Gajendra

I'm wondering if anyone knows if moving the Omniture code to within Google Tag Manager will allow for all of the current functionality/reporting, etc that Omniture currently gives me.  Thanks for any feedback about this!

Does anyone know of a way to find the exact page from Facebook that sent visitors to my site (given that SAINT classification wasn't used).  In viewing the referrers report, I'm only able to see the top level domain, facebook.com or a link such as this: http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u. Is it available in the Data Feed and if so which column would that be?

Hi,I am newbie to site catalyst world. I am implementing Site Catalyst but the documentation on Site Catalyst isn't quite fulfilling my requirements. We broadly have 3 type of pages and each perform its own function. I have to pass the data of these pages to SiteCatalyst Cloud. In the jcr:node for each page there are references to content items and these references are resolved and then page is rendered. We are also exposing this page data to other vendors in json feed. I was thinking of creating a service layer which will do all the data manipulation and finally create one object for every page type. Once this object is created, i need to pass this object to Omniture for tracking. My question is how can i pass a object to omniture for tracking. I am not able to visualize how should i use this object with the site catalyst framework like it is mentioned here. Also, client has provided a sheet of all the properties with variables like prop1..100 , evar 1..100 . Where will i see those varia

If my Omniture data is being sampled at 10% and I want to get the total volume of data, can I just multiple it by 10?I realize the accuracy would increase as the volume increases. The volume I'm getting is in tens of thousands and I'm wondering whether I should be multiplying it with 10 to get the actual data or some other number? The number seems lower than what I expected so I'm wondering if I should be multiplying it with a number greater than 10.

Hi All,I am unable to install Visitor Click map, the requirement is to have a firefox browser to install the app.Currently i have Firefox 34.0. Could some one help me. Regards,Pratap

A fairly standard request I hope, but one I can't seem to get to work. I need to know which page customers click on exit links. We are using the auto exit link tracking, which, as I understand, cannot be correlated with pagenames due to the way they are handled by the processing servers, where they are "removed" in order to not inflate page views. Since we have a lot of exit links, I do not want to have to manually tag all exit links and set a property, nor modify the s_code..What are my other options? I have tried using processing rules, so that where the pagename is not set, then I "overwrite" a prop with Page Domain + Page Path, which is meant to come from the "current URL" of the hit that is sent. However, it appears that this rule is setting the prop to "/", i.e. the separator for the concatenated value, so it looks like the Page Domain and Page Path cannot be used like this. I do not want to use the full URL, as it will contain lots of individual query parameters that will make i

Hi,Having added DTM to a clients website the team has tried to add s_code via the Adobe tool in DTM. But there is nothing firing and of course nothing showing in Adobe Analytics. We've followed the Adobe documentation on this implementations. We've built some custom JS (just a simple alert) and added via DTM to prove the tag management system is working in the dev environment. So we're happy in the fact that DTM is working, however we're a little anxious about adding the s_code via a different means i.e. Using 'Rule > Page Load Rules > Create New Rule'.We raised a ticket 6 days ago and wished to arrange a call today, but we're not getting any response from Adobe CC.Any help would be much appreciated.Incident: 141121-000354Andrew Daniel

Maybe I'm missing something here, but I can't set actionable hourly alerts for basic metrics such as Page Views or Orders on an hourly basis. My goal is to send an email if PageViews or Orders fall below a lower hourly threshold. The main problem is I can't specify the alert to trigger based on specific hours. My 2-5am hours will definitely have lower PVs and Orders than 2-5pm... but I can only set the alert to check for the same lower limit per every hour, and this wont do! I need to have different alerts per hour, so lets say I can set an eVar that captures the hour so I'd be able to set an alert for a specific hour... Now the problem becomes that I can't set an Alert to check at the end of an hour in eVars :s Weirdly enough, I can only set hourly alerts on a raw success event report, or a trended pageviews report of a prop value... I'm good with a lower limit Alert for PageViews if I implement a prop, but not my all important Orders, I need an evar with the hours as values. Whats the

On first hit a new visitor>> we are getting no sitecatalyst image request. from second hit we are getting proper 200 image and tracking is happening. * clear all cookies (or use a brand new incognito window)* navigate to homepage* s_code generates an error in the javascript console and no tracking is fired on first page hit

I have some listening code that is being served as a custom script for the data element that could make multiple updates per page view which is capturing the value of a HTML5 Custom Attribute. The issue is I can't get listening code to return the value for data element to be set. Not sure what I'm doing wrong and have tried numerous approaches. When ever I check the value of the data element I get the default value that was set in the UI. Any idea how I make the data element update every time a qualifying element is clicked?function addEvent(el, ev, fn, uc) { if (el.addEventListener) { el.addEventListener(ev, fn, uc); } else if (el.attachEvent) { // IE8- el.attachEvent('on'+ev, fn); } } addEvent(document, 'click', function(e) { e = e || window.event; var target = e.target || e.srcElement; var customLinkName = target.getAttribute("data-analytics-tracking-name"); if(customLinkName){ //return or set customLinkName from attribute; //_satellite.setVar("custom link name", customLinkName); }

Hi,we only see 5-10% of the activities in SiteCatalyst coming from the application https://sopimus.vattenfall.fi/html/index.php?keycode=vetuydSame tracking script works correctly at http://www.vattenfall.fi. What are we doing wrong?/Zsuzsanna Juth

Hi there,  1)Jboss server is used for hosting web application at our end.2)Java AppMeasurement API is used to connect from my server side code to track page downloads.3)A new suite has been created to test and AppMeasurement_EE jar has been included and the below code has been written AppMeasurement s = new AppMeasurement(request, response);s.account = "xxx";s.sendFromServer = true;s.trackingServer = "xxxxxxxx.112.2o7.net";s.track(); When the code is being run there are no exceptions or errors but the pages are not being tracked.Suspecting that a connection to the tracking server is not being established. Looking forward to getting a solution. Thankyou.

I am attemtping to programmatically get report suite data using PHP. In order to do so, I need to authenticate using OAuth. According to this documentation page: https://marketing.adobe.com/developer/en_US/documentation/authentication/auth-client-credentials, step 4 says I need to request a token for authentication. I am just trying to use command line curl to test this. I am usingcurl -i -v "https://api.omniture.com/token" -u '(username):(password)' -d "grant_type=client_credentials"The response is always: "{"error":"invalid_client","error_description":"The client credentials are invalid"}"I believe I am using the incorrect username and password, but unfortunately, I have no idea what these values should be. I tried the username and password of this Adobe ID account, the username and password of my Analytics login (which are totally different but linked), the username and password found in the Analytics Admin -> Company Settings -> Web Services page. None of these work.My best g

Did any of you notice a sudden increase in pageviews around October 21/22 2014? We saw almost double the pageviews and our bounce rate decreased from around 20% to around 4%. It almost seems like we have tag double loaded, but we are not.Any idea why this may happen? Thanks a lot,Jeanine

Hello,Within campaigns > tracking code and looking at Click-through and Visits metrics, for most tracking codes my visits numbers are higher than click-throughs.  How is this possible? This is driving me crazy, any advice is appreciated. Thanks,Cristine
