Hi there, I am looking to see if there is any way to break down a Tracking Code report by referrers in Adobe Analytics. I am able to do this in the Ad Hoc Reporting tool but not able to do so in the Adobe Analytics interface. What I am trying to get to is we have tracking codes that we place on banner ads on 3rd party sites and we want to see which external web site pages are referring the traffic. I would like this feature in Adobe Analytics so that our less proficient users can access this report and make updates to their own reports as well (the Ad Hoc tool would be too advanced for them).Thank you!

Hi,Our company is considering to implement the Adobe Analytics to help us with our business in Hongkong office, Japan office and China mainland office. Before the big decision we would like to evaluate the functionality and the feasibility, also we need a detailed budget plan and contract details for the implementation. I have tried to contact Adobe Japan office but no response has been received yet. What should we do to get the help? Regards,Ada Kurotaki

I would like to segment out the number of visitors who spent more than 20% of the average time on site during the month. For example, the average time on site for June was 3.53 minutes (or 3:32) and we had 65,000 visitors. Of those 65,000 visitors, how many of them spent 0.71 minutes (or :43) OR MORE on the site (which is 20% of the average)?I created a calculated metric (see attached), but I don't think I'm doing it correctly. So first I need help figuring out the correct calculated metric.Once the calculated metric is created, how do I create a segment using that calculated metric? I don't see it as an option with the tools I have available.FYI, I only have access to Reports & Analytics (not Ad Hoc Analysis or Report Builder). I appreciate your help!

Hi,I want to look at the next pages for a certain page that do not contain certain tracker ids, thus I'd like to create a segment. Unfortunately if I create one on "Hit" basis, then it doesn't affect the results I get for next pages, if I build it on "Visit" basis, then it excludes too much users. Imagie the following: User starts journey on page A then could continue his journey on pages B, C or D. Page B and C are the same pages, the only thing that is different is that page C has page's B URL plus some tracker id parameters. I want to exclude all possible page C results that have those additional paramters. I cannot break down the results in the Next pages report, thus I have to apply a segment. But how should it be set up?I tried the following variants:1) Exclude Hits of eVar that contains the trackerID -> didn't affect results in Next page report2) Exclude Visits with eVar that contains the trackerID -> excluded too much users (everybody who could click on this link at a lat

Hi!Does anyone have a similar problem? The client crashes when interacting, for example when trying to save project to shared space but also at random.Running: OSX 10.10.3

I am trying to setup an alert on a calculated metric.  Our Discount Rate is currently a calculated metric (Discount/Revenue).  When I pull up the calculated metric report and create an alert on this to alert hourly when it reaches 10% (I have tried both settings % changes by and Is Above or Equals).  I don't want it to compare to any other day or week I want it to look at the rate for that hour only. Any ideas on how to setup the report if that is required and alert?

Hi there,Based on various research columns it seems there are a few ways to implement cross-network analytics. Google analytics allows you to share certain variables between different accounts, and wondering if there is a similar ability in Adobe Analytics.Basically we have our main website which is using Adobe Analytics and it also has a unique contact ID that we use to track each visitor (this is only where we can identify the vistor). We then want to integrate to partner websites (these are not websites that we own, but external partners), and also install Adobe Analytics onto their websites (probably tracked in a separate report suite) but then share this contact ID with the external website so that we can identify the same people visiting that site.Any recommendations on how best to do this?

Hello,A clarification. In referring domains I have traffic coming from:doubleclick.net googlesyndicationWhat kind of campaigns are these? Both display GDN? Which is GDN and with is search? I do not run any campaigns in double click, but only through AdWords (GDN and Search Network)Thanks for clarifying.

Hi  I have Macbook Air.  I downloaded the adobe digital edition.  Unfortunately instead of giving the authorization to the  Macbook Air I gave the authorization  to Over Drive Media Console.  Now I am trying to remove the authorization  but  it ask for vendor id and password.  I don't  know what that is.  I can't  erase the authorization.  Please help as to how I may go about doing it.   I need the adobe digital edition so I am able to down load books  from the library onto my reader.  Since I can't  erase the  authorization, I can't  download books to the reader.  When I download books from the library it goes into the downloaded file rather than the adobe digital edition. Please help me solve this issue.

Does anyone use the "Customer Loyalty" reports, and are the numbers believable? I have downloaded some data around this, and found that the categories for new, return and loyal bear very little resemblance to the actual customers that we have.(when comparing number of transactions by individual customer vs categorisation in Adobe). Although the reports would be great to use, there is very little use in having them if they are vastly inaccurate. Also, what is the use of setting the "Unique Visitor Variable" if it does not track customer loyalty by that variable?Has anyone found that this is better when using the new visitor id service?Darryn

I have Salesforce data connected to Omniture so when I look up "SfIDs" I can see who visited my website.I am looking to use Omniture to see what pages did a specific SFiD (salesforce lead) has been visiting, how can I retrieve this data on Omniture?

Hi all,I am trying to understand the VisitorID data we are collecting. I extracted VisitorID data from datawarehouse to see what data is being captured. The VisitorID returned varies from 18 characters to 39 characters with an underscore separating two values (the majority of entries are 34/35/39 characters). Can you explain what these values are? Also the number of VisitorID entries returned were higher than both the Unique Visitor and Visit number for the same period, but less than the Page View number for the same period. So I am confused as to what metric these values are being set against. Thanks in advance!

When looking at a user agent report, I noticed some bots crawling on our site which are from a CRM tool our marketing uses. These bots weren't blocked via the usual bot filter, thus I created a bot rule that should recognize them via the user agent's parameters. Unfortunately this didn't change much, the bot still appears in the user agent report and inflated our figures. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

I'm looking to track customer paths following a search for a particular keyword. For example, a customer searches for the term "iPhone" and receives a list of results, I want to look at which page they went to from those search results and potentially some other pages beyond that also. What is the best way to carry this out? Full Path reports will show me where they go from the search results pages, but I can seem to monitor this based on the search of a particular keyword. On the Help Searches path reports, I only seem to get the next term the customer searched for, and not the page they went to from the search results page.Any help or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

Hi, I have noticed that the Scheduler function in Report Builder is no longer sending out scheduled reports. Nothing has changed in the scheduled reports, one day they just stopped working! First I checked the reports did not have an end date, which they didn't. I then tried removing them completely and re-adding them to the Scheduler. But still no reports are being sent. Has anyone had any similar problems or are there any issues with file types that anyone has found? To repeat, nothing changed our end, one day they just stopped working.I am using version v5.1.23.0 Report Builder. Many thanksGary

Simple question, but struggling to find an answer. We are tracking www.domain.com and have created a blog on subdomain.domain.com.  The blog is on a different server and does not have sitecat tracking code on it.I feel we should still be able to tracking the # of referring visits from subdomain.domain.com to www.domain.com...but we cannot.  What am I missing?Thank you for the assist.

Hi,I am a Creative Cloud Member.I have been trying to set up Analytics account but I haven't been able to do it...Please help :(

Hi,I'm looking for a shapefile (.shp) for the UK whose regions correspond to the Regions as defined in Omniture. My Account Manager asked around internally but was unsuccessful, am hoping someone else out there might have a source! Many thanks,Ben

after the upgrade last night my left nav will not populate in firefox v21 (I use this because I like WATS plug-in and this is the last version I've found where it works well, I also modified it to do 75 props and evars). I can get the left nav in IE and Chrome but can't really use them behind our firewall because of our load balancing proxy servers which flip me from proxy server to proxy server quite often which causes analytics (cloud etc) to toss me out (I need to use our default proxy settings for corporate web needs). So in firefox I can hard code a specific proxy server to use and not get tossed out very often (multiple days vs 10-20 minutes). So everything was fine until today when I get the blue blocks trying to load the left nav menu and they never finish. I have most recently left it for over 1 hour (while at lunch) and it never finished. this is what it looks like after 1 hour.

Since the update last week, Ad Hoc Analysis is broken and unusable by our organization.  All existing calculated metrics have errors and we have been told that all of our metrics need to be manually rebuilt, which we have thousands of.  The ability to copy and edit calculated metrics has been removed, so each metric needs to be built from scratch.  All calculated metrics bring back the same results, even when building them from scratch.  Editing an existing calculated metric, renaming and saving as a new metric changes both the original metric and the new metric.  There is no documentation on how to use these now.  We are also unable to save any projects and some of our projects are randomly disappearing even when saving in the console or saving a local copy.  All of our existing projects that contain calculated metrics need to be rebuilt with new calculated metrics, however, when rebuilding and saving, the updated version does not save.  The updated version, when re-opened, contains a
