Solved

I am having mobile app and website as well. I am planning to use the same report suite and same props for mobile app and website. How can i differentiate the page view / prop count  between mobile app vs website. Or do i need to have separate report suite for both?  Please give your suggestion. Thanks in advance.

Hi All,I have a situation with a client where I need to validate their new implementation and ensure data collection is correct, but where we may not be able to run two implementations in parallel (multiple instances of the Visitor ID service is breaking some of the reporting).  Assuming it is not possible to run both together... does anyone have ideas on how we could validate the implementation at scale? Thanks,Jakub

I am no longer able to filter my data.  For example, I'm in my Cities report and when I try to filter down by entering a city (or state) name, I get:No data match these criteria. Please verify the segment, metrics, date range and filters.I know I am not misspelling the filter.  I've tried it on Safari and Chrome and another user tried from another computer and also cannot filter the reports anymore.  Please help.

Just a heads up to all my friends who found their calculated metrics stopped working from the June 2015 release.  A undocumented feature (verified by Customer Care) is that the Calculated Metrics Manager no longer support the Daily Unique Visitor (Even though the interface allows you to select that metric).  To fix this you have to change all your calculations to use unique visitors.  I'm guessing that the data is the same...but unfortunately I don't have the ability to compare the old with the new.  Can anyone verify that the data is the same?  If it is the same, it would have been nice if they would have converted the metrics automatically.

Adobe introduced the new calculated metric builder with the Spring 2015 release, which looks promising, but has completely crippled our current reporting (Provided company wide including C level)With the 2015 release - All of our  current calculated metrics are now brokenThe calculated metric builder is completely different with no clear direction or tutorial of use in Ad HocThere was no communication to us directly on this release and how it would effect our workflowNone of our previous calculated metrics ( in the hundreds and across many reports/automated reports)  were ported over into the new system. We can't fix our current calculated metrics in Ad Hoc by opening, fixing, and re-saving.Before the release we were able to create a new calculated metric based on a current one, copy (via drag and drop), or save as, this no longer works. When using this method all the metrics pull the same number from the original calculated metric.I  then rebuilt the calculated metrics for a key report

Ever since the release Ad-Hoc analysis has not worked.  I have re-installed Java to ensure I am on the latest version and have launched from the web UI.  When you try to run anything it does nothing.  It will also not let you close the tool, you have to close via the task manager.   Anyone else having the same issue?  I have a ticket open, thinking this route would be faster if someone else had the same issue.

I'm looking to build a dashboard in SiteCatalys that can deliver several reportlets based on one single URL search from within the dashboard. Is that possible?

Noticed this blog post http://blogs.adobe.com/digitalmarketing/analytics/the-tie-between-quality-of-experience-and-viewer-engagement/ and asked from ClientCare what does that really mean… new metrics where & what!? :) Got the answer and there are new video core variables available to get better understanding about video stats and even with quality events. Looks very good, and I guess these are free to enable and you just need some new coding for the videos.Anyway, my question is that is this totally different tracking system than the quite new heartbeat video tracking system? Looks like there are quite similar metrics but the other tool (heartbeat) is paid version? :D Or are these exactly same thing or what… yes, a bit confused. Any comments, anyone?

I am trying to run reports out of Adobe Analytics and I currently have an issue where the detail shown on the report does not match the total, I have attached a screen shot of an example from a Time Spent per Visit  report where the number of unique visitors in the Total is 68,557 yet the detail only adds up to 30,235.  If someone could point me in the direction of someone who can assist with this that would be greatly appreciated.Tyler Fish - tyler.fish@hickoryfarms.com

Is there any tutorial on how to add/change a segment in Report Builder?  I currently have a Report Builder Report without a segment.  Want to find an easy way to apply a new segment to multiple reports.  Thanks!

Anyone have a pros/cons list of client vs. server-side implementation for both web and native applications?   I can't seem to find anything recent or robust through the normal channels. Thanks for the help!m

I am not able to see Site Catalyst Manin menu. I have always seen it, so its kind of strange why I see a blank space there??? Please help, its driving me nuts!! Is anyone else facing this issue too??  I just noticed I can see this in IE (really!!!) not in Chrome???? Please fix this big asap And of course I do look for these reports/main menu like every one else- Click View All Reports, or press the Forward Slash key (/), and then press the Down Arrow key (?) to quickly display and navigate the menu using the Arrow keys. What is DataWarehouse, and how do I use it?

Hi,Thanks for the reply and here is my code snippet that i am using : $(document).ready(function () {$(".PlayCase").click(function() {s.linkTrackEvents="event21";s.linkTrackVars="events";s.events="event21";s.tl(true,'o','video click');});});My html is like this for html element with playcase class:<a class="PlayCase" onclick="SetVideo(this, 'playlist?list=PLpnDsRVtqUQoxQMn13Z2HjvpJ_-sezKWS');" href="#"><input id="VideoTitleHidden" type="hidden" value="abc"> <input id="VideoSubTitleHidden" type="hidden" value="hk"> <img src="/hk.jpg" alt="hk" width="315" height="178"></a>But still it is not working and i inspected through httpfox and fiddler as well but event21 is not getting registered but on the click of the anchor tag the script is getting executed and we have checked it through debugger as well. Do we need to add prop as well or should it work without that as well.Let me know where we are going wrong. Thanks in advance,Akshay

Our company is having trouble receiving paid search data. It's something in our tagging I believe. We receive almost 90+ percent of unspecified/keyword unavailable. I attached some screenshots, is anyone else having this problem.  Thanks for the help,Chris

One of our larger clients is having issues getting data in the Omniture Dashboard whenever we update their Adobe Video Heartbeat SDK beyond version 1.37 (on Android only). The client would like to be on the latest 1.5x version. I’m a little fuzzy on the  plugin mentioned in the release notes, and whether it is or isn’t required. Any insight you or your team could provide as to what might cause the Heartbeats data not to arrive in the the client console would be greatly appreciated. I clearly see the data leaving the Android device via Charles, though the 1.3x traces include a “trackingServer” and “RSA” parameter that I don’t see in the 1.4x traces.

I'm working on a Universal Windows Application (UWA / Windows 10) and need to integrate Omniture, but not getting very far.I have tried to install by the Visual Studio extension  which doesn't seem to be compatible, as I get the following error :The processor architecture of the project being built "Any CPU" is not supported by the referenced SDK "ADBMobile, Version=4.0".Please consider changing the targeted processor architecture of your project (in Visual Studio this can be done through the Configuration Manager) to one of the architectures supported by the SDK: "x86, ARM, x64".Are there any other options for me to incorporate Onimture into the application, or is there any roadmap with an SDK to support Windows 10 (UWA)?Thanks!

Hi, we're using the Adobe Mobile Library 4.5 for Android. There's a crash appearing repeatedly in our crash report that seems to occur within your library. I posted the stacktrace here: http://pastebin.com/hmERJDMCAccording to our crash report tool the crash only happens on Android 4.1.2. Perhaps you can look into this. Best regards, Florian Weigl

I'm integrating ADMS into an iOS game.I've setup Charles to test whether the calls are coming through, and I can only see them after I've paused the app (press home button) and resumed it. They are not showing up on launch.I have a wrapper class that looks like this:#import <Foundation/Foundation.h> #include <OpenFLOmniture.h> #include <ADMS_Measurement.h> #define __STDC_FORMAT_MACROS // non needed in C, only in C++ #include <inttypes.h> typedef void (*FunctionType)(); namespace openflomniture { void init(const char* tracking_rsid, const char* tracking_server, const char* app_name); void init(const char* tracking_rsid, const char* tracking_server, const char* app_name) { NSLog(@"Omniture Init"); NSString* ns_rsid = [[NSString alloc] initWithUTF8String:tracking_rsid]; NSString* ns_server = [[NSString alloc] initWithUTF8String:tracking_server]; NSString* ns_app_name = [[NSString alloc] initWithUTF8String:app_name]; ADMS_Measurement *measurement = [ADMS_Measurement

We have implemented the webpage code and s_code, and we are able to generate various reports. However the traffic sources section is showing wrong data, It just shows typed/bookmarked to 98% and Search Engines to 2%. Can anyone guide how to go traffic source data as Typed/Bookmarked, Search Engines, Referrals, Others etc? Thanks in Advance!!! Please let me know if anymore details / screenshots are needed.

Hey, I am using the dynamic tag manager. I was configuring the cookies part and needed some help in this regard. Can anybody tell me where i can get the following fields for my Account - 1. Transaction ID2. Tracking server3. SSL tracking serverBest,Sanmeet Walia

I've been working with Adobe support but not having much luck so turning to forums to see if anyone has experienced these issues and has any thoughts.  I thought these issues were limited to my work PC which is connected via LAN proxy to the net but now am also getting them on laptops that are just accessing web via unsecured wi-fi so ruling out corp proxy/firewall as the culprit (I have also engaged heavily with internal IT/Help Desk to no avail).Main issue is that when navigating through Adobe Analytics, I will suddenly receive an error message that this webpage has a redirect loop (still pointing to an https://sc2.omniture.com URL).  The reload button just brings up the same error and the only way to fix is to clear my cache/cookies and restart the browser or wait for an extended amount of time.  If I fail to clear cache and try to log back into Adobe, I just see "waiting for sc2.ominutre.com" and "waiting for www2.ominutre.com" alternate on the bottom left of my browser.Secondary i

Hi,Is there an easier way of sending all the SC variables populated on a page again using custom link tracking - I'm looking for an option other than including all those variables within linkTrackVars/linkTrackEvents and triggering the s.tl() function?e.g. During a page load, I've values for 10 props, 15 eVars and 3 events. For some reasons, I want to track all those variables again using custom link immediately after the page view (so that it will not be counted as a second page view). What is the best way to track this? Thanks
