Is it possible to use a segment that has been created already in analytics, as an audience in target?

Is there an existing list of what all VOC (voice of customer) vendor tools can be integrated with Adobe Site Catalyst?

Hello,I've an active Classification Builder rule set which I would like to extend to additional report suites. What's the best of way of accomplishing this?I've tried it by adding new report suites in the rule set page but I then get the alert message: "This action will deactivate this rule set and no rules will be processed. Are you sure you want to continue?" (see attached screen grab)This message put me off applying the changes as I don't want to deactive the rule set, I am just applying it to new report suites. Thanks, Paulo

Hi, I am running a page report that shows all the visits to the pages of my site. If I compare the visits for two months, at the bottom of the page I get the total visits for each month. I would like then to have these two total also in the graph, instead of having several bars that compare the visits to specific pages. I couldn't find a way to show this total on the graph. Would appreciate some help! Thanks

I am comparing evars and props in Ad Hoc Analysis. I know in Site Catalyst you are not able to view success events in traffic reports, but in Ad Hoc you are. Should success events be used in traffic reports in Ad Hoc?

Hi ,My organization uses Adobe marketing cloud as a web analytics tool. We currently get data after logging into the website and collecting figures manually. But I understand that we can achieve the same using clickstream data that is provided by adobe to my organization. Could someone please help me out how to do this. I did a lot of research and came up with the below query that I ran on the clickstream data but the figures did not match. Infact the result that I got was way higher than what we get from Omniture. The query is designed to run on teradata.Select post_visit_hi_id,post_visit_low_id from clickstreamwhere geo_cntry_cd='xyz' and gmt_hit_dttm>='2015-01-01 00:00:00' and gmt_hit_dttm<='2015-01-31 23:59:59'group by post_visit_hi_id,post_visit_low_idThe intention was to get unique visitors for a month. The result varied significantly. Help will be greatly appreciated. Aim is to be able to generate unique visitors using clickstream data so that more cuts on the data can be g

In my pages report, I'm seeing certainly querystrings are kept in the system as individual pages, for instance:page.htm?poll=101page.htm?poll=102are saved as different pages, while most are not.page.htm?c=49page.htm?c=50How can I determine/edit which query string parameters are recorded? Thanks

Is there a way to wrap multiple request into one Omniture call if they don't have any overlapping custom variables?  For examples, we have a call for the link, which is passing only two variables and another for the destination page.  I personally think it's a waste to be sending these types of request so we either rethink if we want to track this customer behavior or find a better method of tracking without the adding in the extra request resulting in millions of Omniture calls.  This can potentially save over $25K a year based on current traffic levels.-Robert

I do not have an iPhone 6 but am being told that, reports built with report builder on an automated schedule, fail to load on iOS 8.1.3.Has anyone heard of this before? If so, where can I obtain more information on this and how to fix?I believe this sounds like an isolated case, but do not have enough data or information to prove it.Thanks,-Scott

How can I run a report that pulls the email instead of the visitor ID. Please help!

Hi,many payment gateway in China do not redirect to the confirmation order page of the e-shop. I'm wondering how chinese ecommerce usually do tracking of these conversions.

I have a dashboard that is already created that needs to be shared.     Is that possible without recreating it in omniture?

Hello, I'm using Multiview tracking on my site (site is Angular based, actually dunno whether it's important)There is no any custom complex logic, all I got from the marketing team was this snippet:<script src="//assets.adobedtm.com/..../....js"></script> <script type="text/javascript">_satellite.pageBottom();</script>Actually everything was fine for 3 months, but few days ago we got problems with links within the site (internal links, a.href). They are not clickable on mobile Safari anymore (iPhone 4 with iOS 7.1 and iPad with iOS 8.1). I've noticed that in order to navigate to some link I need to click it twice (quickly tap the link twice). Right now all links are broken on our site on iOS devicesI've found few topics where users had quite similar problems, and tried to disable the forced link tracking or increase the timeoutSetting the s.forcedLinkTrackingTimeout to something like 2sec or more actually does not fix the problem, links are not clickable anywayS

Hi,We are using ldap login module to create users in CQ from Ldap. We want to use SSO handler for authentication by cookies. I saw on ldap documentation that we need trust_credentials_attribute="TrustedInfo" parameter to make it work. Putting this paramter alone in ldap_login.conf file isn't working for us. I don't know what this attribute will do because looking at the source of SSOAuthenticaitonHandler, if i just pass the uid of the user in the cookie and give it the highest rank among all authentication handlers then it will work. Also, do i need to have this attribute trust_credentials_attribute="TrustedInfo" configured within repository.xml because we have already deleted the below  from the repository xml file as we aren't using CRXLoginModule. <LoginModule class="com.day.crx.core.CRXLoginModule">            <param name="anonymousId" value="anonymous"/>            <param name="adminId" value="admin"/>            <param name="disableNTLMAuth" value="true"/>

My locale development repository is quite big and at times i need to do a force system restart without shutting down my crx repository properly. Next time i start my repository the lucene indexing begins by indexing the under /var/audit/....I've followed the steps described in http://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/kb/how-to-optimize-lucene-index-to-gain-efficiency.html to disable the lucene index for the audit events. However lucene still indexes these nodes at server startup. Is there anything else that needs to be done? Thanks.

Hello,I'm working with AEM6 and Sightly and have an issue with our message keys.Until now we had some text output like<fmt:message key="message.key.${variable}" /> Now I would like to use this format: ${'message.key' @ i18n}I thought, I found the solution by using ${'message.key.part.{0}.another.part.{1}' @ i18n, format=[variable1, variable2]}but the format-option only injects the values of variable1 and variable2 into the translation of the provided message key at the corresponding placeholders.Other combinations like ${'message.key.'variable @ i18n} or ${'message.key.${variable}' @ i18n} failed. I hope someone can provide a solution :-)Best regardsMatthias

Just testing an upgrade of one of our CQ 5.4 instances to AEM 5.6.1. One issue we have come across is trying to access a folder through a URL, which used to work under 5.3We have a program which accesses a folder under the DAM, iehttp://author-server/content/damUnder 5.6.1 we get an error, ~Forbidden. Cannot serve request to /content/dam/ in org.apache.sling.servlets.get.DefaultGetServletThe full WebDAV URL will work in 5.6.1,http://author-server/content/dam/crx/repository/crx.default/content/dam/Also if we do the following will workhttp://author-server/content/dam.jsonIs it possible to get 5.6.1 to work as it did under 5.3, so that we don't have to put the full WedDav path in. Otherwise we will need to recode an application which uses the previous functionalityWe only need the functionality in Author.Thank you

Hello,I am currently testing the OOB InDesign functionality built into AEM.  I am using InDesign Server CC 2014.  When I upload an InDesign document I get the following error:Error Number: 54Error String: Uncaught JavaScript exception: ReferenceError: StyleSheetExportOption is undefinedWhen I look at this file in AEM which handles the scripting for the html export:/etc/dam/indesign/scripts/XHTMLExport.jsxI see this line:cssExportOption = StyleSheetExportOption.EMBEDDED_CSSWhen I comment out this line I get another error related to:customImageSizeOption = ImageSizeOption.SIZE_RELATIVE_TO_PAGE_WIDTH;However when i comment out that line also the workflow completes properly just with not CSS applied to the page (plain text is output as html).Does anyone know why this error occurs?  I'm not that familiar with InDesign scripting and it may have something to do with that but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I am trying to update an xtype selection on a component. I want to dynamically create the nodes for values under the select node's options so that the authors can select the values that are dynamically populated. I decided to try the approach of creating and deleting nodes in the JCR  for the dialog. However, when I try create a session to the jcr in AEM 6 from my component's jsp page using the following code Repository repository = JcrUtils.getRepository("http://localhost:4502/crx/server");  I get an error in the error.log as  (AEM 6 is definitely running) Unable to access a repository with the following settings:    org.apache.jackrabbit.repository.uri: http://localhost:4502/crx/serverThe following RepositoryFactory classes were consulted:Perhaps the repository you are trying to access is not available at the moment.at org.apache.jackrabbit.commons.JcrUtils.getRepository(JcrUtils.java:223)at org.apache.jackrabbit.commons.JcrUtils.getRepository(JcrUtils.java:263)at org.apache.jsp.apps
