Hi,How can we find the visit number of a visitor within the reporting period? The visit number report currently shows the value based on visitor lifetime value, but I need it to be based on reporting timee.g. In the below scenario if I run Visit Number report for Nov, it will show 1 visit for visit#6 and visit#7, but what I need is to see the total visits made only in November (visit1, visit2, etc.)Aug: visit#1, visit#2Sep: NilOct: visit#3, visit#4, visit#5Nov: visit#6, visit#7What percentage of visitors visit once, twice, three times, or more in a monthIs this possible at all? Let me know your commentsThanks

Hi, I broke down one eVar by another eVar and tried to download the whole report. However, there is not a row option. Thus, I had to download page by page. Besides that, it does not give me the sum for all the eVars.Any alternative for this? Thanks!

Using a visitor container, I built the following segment:State = Florida OR State = New YorkIt showed visitor counts for this segment. Based on IP address, how is this possible?Thanks in advance,David

I have my code set up on a 3rd party vendor's https lightbox. This lightbox is generated via an iframe, when checked in Omnibug I get a 200|OK response as expected but do not see any results in my reports. Below is the actual request string, can anyone see anything wrong? The lightbox is viewable via the 'Sign In' link at the top of all www.providencejournal.com pages.https://biprojocom.112.2o7.net/b/ss/biprojocom/1/H.22.1/s01507014750116?AQB=1&ndh=1&t=14%2F10%2F2013%2013%3A49%3A9%204%20360&pageName=login%3APressPlus&g=https%3A%2F%2Fui.ppjol.com%2Flogin%2Fprovidencejournal%2Fr%2F3ouoPWmMg-jS5l61P9D-5V.html%3FsetPPInfo%3D&r=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.providencejournal.com%2Fbreaking-news%2Fcontent%2F20131113-providence-man-facing-sexual-assault-charge-arrested-again-on-drug-charges.ece&cc=USD&ch=main%20channel&server=www.providencejournal.com&events=event96%2Cevent9&c1=https%3A%2F%2Fui.ppjol.com%2Flogin%2Fprovidencejournal%2Fr%2F3ouoPWmMg-jS5l61P9D-5V.html%

I found that referral for our advertisement that was served through mediamind on selected websites, was not detected. All this advertisement coming to our website from 3rd party websites seems to be treated as Type/Bookmarked traffic (according to what is displayed on digitalPulse debugger).Has anyone had the same experience? Thanks!

Hello - I would like to track custom links and when they are clicked, I'd like those clicks to register as events as well.I see everything tracked EXCEPT for the events...  any ideas?  (please see code below) Thanks for any ideas/suggestions, etc! jQuery(document).ready(function($) { $(".TabbedPanelsTab").each(function() { $(this).click(function(event) { // when someone clicks these links event.preventDefault(); // don't open the link yet s.linkTrackVars="eVar9,events,prop16"; s.linkTrackEvents="event6"; s.events="event6"; s.prop16=$(this).text(); s.eVar9=$(this).text(); s.tl(true,'o',$(this).text());    // create a custom event }); }); });

Hi,I am curious about what data is categorized under the mobile pane in web-based report suites. These report suites are set up to capture data from normal website instead of mobile site. Hence, does that mean the data under mobile pane come from people who use mobile device to browse our normal website? Thanks!

Is there any possibility to get Visitor Id from programing?

So...here's the scoop. I have a 50Mb SAINT file split into 5 different files. I have uploaded the files into 3 different FTP accounts I have created (using the correct template to create the SAINT tab document) and I wait.....day 1, day 2. Nothing. Is there a particular folder I should create in the FTP directory for a successful upload? I run a browser export to determine if my entries have posted (which for this instance, have all been unsuccessful) - is there a different report I should be running? Is there something in the file that is missing? I have attached an example of the file for review.....HELP!

I would like to investigate a case. We think that our customers probably come to our website on Mondays to check out our promotion as we usually have new promotion on Mondays. Then, they come back to purchase on Tuesdays after comparing prices at our competitors. What is the best way to investigate this?I compared key metrics for Mondays and Tuesdays but don't find much trend through it. Thanks!

We are looking into  a good campaign creation/management tool? Any recommendations?

Hello - where can I find info about the new H.26.2 tag which Tag Manager is nagging me about! :) When updating the H code in Tag Manager, what needs to be tested, and how can I roll back if I find an issue with my associated customizations?For example, I'm having an issue with H26.1 with custom link tracking events not firing. Is anyone having issues pulling a report from Reportbuilder to match SiteCatalyst Visitor Profile > GeoSegmentation > Cities?I run the same report, for the same City, same date range, same reportsuite and in Reportbuilder there is no data being pulled in (yet SiteCatalyst is showing 2k visits).Thanks,Tom

When I run a the Site Content/Site Sections report the total number of page views is almost 100,000 page views less than the number I get when I run the Site Metrics/Page Views report. Which number is correct and why is there such a large difference?Thank you.

In adobe help document,explanation about click to page is"  The number of clicks from a link on one page to access another page. For example, you click a link on the Home Page to access the Products Overview Page. In this instance, there are two clicks to navigate from the Home Page to the Product Page." According to this explanation , I think there should be only one click, why two ?If we count one click from external website to website,we can get two clicks. But then how to explain first page viewed and 1 click to page. Under this assumption, the values of these two rows  in report should be same . Actually, they are not same in report.

I enabled App Reports(V2.0 enabled)How can i disabled it? In Reports&Analytics section,I want to remove Mobile App section.RegardsCihan

Hi,I notice that sometimes, the debugger tells me the wrong referring domains.I went to www.google.com and searched for my company keyword, then, clicked on the right link on the search result to land on our website. The DigitalPulse debugger did not tell me that the referring domain is www.google.com but instead, is the index page of our website. Why so?Besides that, I went to our company youtube channel and clicked on our website link on our youtube channel to come to our website. Again, DigitalPulse debugger did not tell me that I came from youtube. Thanks!

We use both Google Analytics and Site Catalyst V15. Recently we have seen a big discrepancy in visits. We are experiencing extra 12-15% visits in Site Catalyst compare to Google Analytics. Historically, we saw around 4-5% difference, which is acceptable . Is there any reason for this increase?

Hello,what is Adobes recommendation how to update ReportBuilder? In the past, the recommendation was to uninstall the previous version and then install the update.Now, as there is a "Check for updates" option available, it seems that this is not necessary any more. Is this right?The background of my question: our IT wants to create a software package for every software, as users do not have local admin rights. It would be easier to install the new version only instead of two steps - uninstall/install. BRHans
