NOTE: This is not the same issue as the 'Start Pending' that quite a few users have reported.  Campaign Classic v7 (hosted). At times, part of the delivery gets stuck in 'Pending' status. The (email) delivery kicks of as expected but not all the emails are sent out. For the once stuck in 'Pending' status, the log reads:"Launching task 'mtachild@<instancename> (nlserver mtachild - verbose -noconsole - tracefile:mtachild@<instancename>) in a new process" This status persisted for a few days and the emails were never sent out. We had to manually stop the delivery and re-process the remaining emails. Only email channel was involved (no sms or push).Anyone else encounter this issue? Any pointers?

My website can be accessed only once the User is logged into the organization's iDP. If the user attempts to access the website without an active session, they are redirected to the iDP login page which then loads the website. This behavior causes the Referrer URL to be updated to the iDP URL.www.example.com  --> (redirect) www.idplogin.com  --> www.aawebpage.com Referrer: www.idplogin.com So we are missing a lot of Referrer URLs which gets merged into the idplogin URL.Is there a way around this?

Hello.  I need to download a log from our prod instance in AEM Cloud, but the log is too massive to download or read once downloaded.  Is there a way to tail logs in AEM or is there a way to only download the last 60 minutes of log entries? Thanks! Jeremy

Hello,I attempted to utilize the upsert feature of the profile dataset, but I noticed that despite following all the steps outlined in https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/catalog/datasets/enable-upsert.html?lang=en, the profile data is still being replaced. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I have verified through the API that upsert is enabled, and I am sending the data via batch ingestion, which is a requirement for upsert functionality to work properly. Did anyone else faced the same issue with upsert? Thanks,Arpan

Hi, I'm sure this is an easy one, but I can't see for looking. In AEM Assets, when I upload a 16-bit png, I need the renditions it generates to also be 16-bit png. Currently, I can only get the system to generate 8-bit png's, so Im losing the alpha channel. Any pointers will be much appreciatedCheers

Hi, We have an on-prem AEM 6.3 installation running with Oracle Java 8.We are now performing in-place upgrade to AEM 6.5. For the upgrade procedure we use the same java version 8.Once the in-place upgrade is done, we want to restart our AEM 6.5 instance with Java 11.This does not seem to work as we are getting a lot of errors related to "(java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: jdk/internal/reflect/MethodAccessorImpl)". Reverting back to Java 8 also doesn't work anymore. It seems that when we try to boot the AEM 6.5 instance with Java 11, it corrupts the launchpad.  My question is: how to upgrade Java version after an AEM in-place upgrade?  Is this a supported flow or will AEM 6.5 only work with Java 11 when it was initially installed with Java 11? So not in case of an in-place upgrade? Secondly, in this announcement https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/adobe-announcement-oracle-jdk-support-for-aem/td-p/278573, it is mentioned

Hello Adobe campaign Devs, In Adobe campaign, we are aware that :Federated ID is a system that allows users to access multiple applications or systems using a single set of login credentials. In the context of Adobe Campaign, it means that you can use the same username and password to access Adobe Campaign as well as other connected systems without having to create separate accounts for each one. And when it comes to 2 factor authentication, it is an extra layer of security that helps protect your account from unauthorised access so in general we set password and some sort of security question or OTP. I have a requirement to Implement 2FA based on Federated ID for AC Fat Client access, I want to understand prerequisites for achieving this and how to achieve this. Any pointers @adobecampaigndev , @adobecampaign , @adobecampaign1 ? Thanks & Regards,Sonika

Good afternoon, I have the following question: We are creating content fragments from the Author Assets API, but we do not know how we can publish it as soon as we create it, since the checks we do are in the "Publish" environment, therefore, we cannot validate that Content Fragment without first publish it manually. The question is... Is there any way to publish it automatically? Thank you so much.

Hi,I need to use data-sly-resource to import some custom components. I'm using this snippet:  <div data-sly-resource="${'link' @ resourceType='my-project/components/link-large', decoration=true}" data-sly-unwrap></div> In this case the data-sly-unwrap attribute doesn't seems to work. The result is: <div class="link"> <a>...mycomponent</a> </div> What I missed?

I'm currently facing a challenge with integrating the Adobe Analytics API for Pepita.hu and could use some guidance from you guys.I've been diligently working on setting up the Adobe Analytics API to gather valuable data and insights. However, despite following the documentation and guidelines provided by Adobe, I'm experiencing difficulties in getting it to work seamlessly. Here are some specific details about the issue at hand:Despite carefully configuring the API according to Adobe's requirements, I'm unable to retrieve the desired data and insights from the Adobe Analytics API for my project.I've double-checked credentials, endpoints, and configurations to ensure accuracy.I've performed thorough testing of the API calls and verified permissions and access rights for the associated Adobe Analytics account.Despite my efforts, the integration of the Adobe Analytics API remains a challenge. 😓If you have experience or expertise with the Adobe Analytics API or just common mis

Hi all, Lately, I am encountering some weird behaviours of the visitor id value. So, what happens is this:- I open my website on chrome from an Android phone- I accept the cookies and I am assigned a visitor ID (ex "123456").- I delete all the cookies (especially the demdex ones).- I close the browser, I open it again and I accept the cookies again.- I am assigned exactly the same visitor ID ("123456") that was aassigned before to me.How is it possible? If I do the same procedure navigating from the web (not mobile), the visitor ID assigned is always different (as it should be).Any insight on how and why this is happening? Thank you very much in advance for any help you'll give me.Regards,Sofia
