Ability to auto populate custom form data into scorecard

I would like to add some of the scorecard questions to a custom form so that when the request comes in and is converted to a project the scorecard can auto-populate the results based on the form data.

    I love this idea. We've been having a team member manually transfer this information from a request, into the project after conversion. This is not efficient.

    Absolutely agree. I've just tried to find this function in Workfront but am unable to. I'll get our other admin to add to your score. Thanks so much!
