Ability to combine MP4 Proofs

As mentioned previously, this is something we absolutely recognize the value of, and it’s on our roadmap for the unified review and approval experience that we're building. 

At the moment, there are no new updates to share. Our current focus is on providing value parity in our new unified review and approval experience with what's available in Proofing today, which is a foundational step before we can move forward with enhancements like this one.

Thank you for your valuable feedback! We understand the importance of Bulk Approvals and are excited to share that this capability is a key part of the unified review and approval experience we're building, powered by Workfront and Frame.io.

Our plan includes leveraging Frame.io's robust functionality to allow sharing multiple assets under a single review link, regardless of file type. This will enable you to review multiple files in context while maintaining the flexibility to make individual decisions for each one. Additionally, you'll be able to copy comments between versions and across files, streamlining your workflow even further.

This feature is on our roadmap and is being prioritised. We’ll provide updates on the timeline as soon as they’re confirmed. Thank you again for helping shape our product enhancements!

@lucyke the ability to group multiple assets under a single review link to save users time is on our backlog. We don't have an immediate ETA at this time given other priorities, but this is something we are planning to get to for sure.

We would also find this to be a really useful feature. We are receiving client feedback about how the current process of multiple proofs / emails is difficult and time consuming to manage.

This is a significant issue for our team. We produce a lot of video assets and a lot of associated content. We would like to see the following: 

1: Multiple video assets being able to be combined in a single proof 

2: Multiple assets of different file types to be combined in a single proof (video, docx, pdfs, ppts)

3: Video assets embedded in PPT slides being able to be rendered in a single proof, rather than having to have the videos loaded as separate proofs. For our business the context is especially important, for reviewers, approvers and for our audit trail. 

We get complaints from our Project Owners that

a) the effort to prepare and distribute and then manage the review files is excessive due to the opening/closing of so many files

b) it can be difficult to ensure the context carries across different file types effectively

We also get complaints from Reviewers that

a) it is frustrating to have to open/close so many assets

b) feedback is often shared across multiple assets in the one project so they have to repeat themselves which is not an efficient use of time

We have designed our dashboards to ensure that projects are grouped but and project details/custom forms  and asset objectives are easily accessible but this remains a challenge.

Here's another vote for this feature – it would be a massive life-saver!

Agree with the need to upload multiple interactive files in a single proof.

We also would appreciate being able to combine interactive files into one proof! It's a pretty common occurrence to need to create multiple HTML/animated ads in a variety of layouts... it would save everyone time if they could be combined.
