Ability to customize Reminder notification delivery time

Currently there is an ability to customize Email Reminder Notification schedule at day and hour level. However, the delivery time cannot be customized. Notifications are being delivered early morning on the scheduled day of delivery.

It would be extremely helpful if we can schedule the delivery time.
