Ability to Delegate Proof Approvals

The high level use case is:

1. Daily Check on User delegations
2. if user delegation, check if delegator is belonging to any current proofing workflow
3. if yes, add the delegate user to the proofing workflow at proper stage with proper role
4. if new proof created during delegation period, do the same for this specific proof (based on watch event in this case, not daily check) 

In our case it's 5 different Fusion scenarios with about 65 modules in total.

Hi nfo, we are using Fusion although it was configured by a third party for us so I'm not an expert..

is there a particular node that needs to be used or any further colour on this that might help us configure something similar to test here?

If you're using Fusion you can create a "proof delegation" based on standard Work delegation.

This is something I just put in place for one of my clients. Working perfectly!

As mentioned previously, this is something we absolutely recognize the value of, and it’s on our roadmap.

At the moment, there are no new updates to share but our plan is to introduce this as part of our new unified review and approval experience powered by Workfront and Frame.io

Just to add our Org to the number of users requesting this feature, it would be a game changer for us as we have thousands of proof approvals travelling through Workfront.

Totally agree with this! We used to have this feature for our Legal and Compliance reviewers to delegate proofs to other legal and compliance users in our old system ConceptShare. Right now our L&C folks have to tag the requestors, then the requestors have to build another stage. It's very time consuming. 

@madalyn_destafney this on our backlog for the new approvals experience, but not on our immediate roadmap at this time given other pressing priorities.
