Add a 300% zoom preset to ProofHQ

Description - Add a 300% zoom preset to ProofHQ 

Why is this feature important to you - I use 300% most often. 200% isn't large enough and 400% is too large

How would you like the feature to work - Just like the other presets do.

Current Behaviour - 200% isn't large enough and 400% is too large
