Add option for Multiple Names in User Setting "Report to"

Hi,

Excellent to Add ability with multiple names in user setting "Reports to". Since, even myself reports to 3 managers globally. Also, in global organisation, many resources reports to more than one and two managers across business entities. Please add such capability. I believe this will provide solution for many many companies.
