Add Rich Text as an option in the "configure field" format box

Workfront has been touting that we can add rich text to custom fields for a while now, but in order to get this new feature, you have to create NEW fields to apply it (and then have all your forms reference the new field). Why not give users the ability to add this functionality on existing fields? We have 280 custom fields in our library and changing them all PLUS the forms is a daunting task.
