Add usage metrics to Views, Filters, and Groups within the Setup Menu

I would like to add usage metrics to Views, Filters, and Groups within the Setup menu.

I'm working on cleaning up our Workfront instance and we have a lot of custom views/filters, and groupings made by users over the years and I'd like to see which ones are utilized. With reports I can see metrics like:

• Total Views
• Views this Month
• Views this Year
• Views last Year
• Views this Quarter
• Views last Quarter

I was able to clean up a lot of outdated reports and dashboards and I'd like to do the same here as well.
