Adding custom quarters more than 8

Description - There is limitations of adding only 8 quarters which is affecting our business requirement

Why is this feature important to you - It help us to plan for more quarters

How would you like the feature to work - we can add more custom quarters

Current Behaviour - limitations of 8 rows
