Adding project template column in a report with text mode

Our requests usually include multiple deliverables such as social media posts, email sends, landing page creation, designs, and more. We typically break these requests into separate projects (1 for each deliverable requested) and want a way to display which deliverable is shown for each of these converted projects. The thought occurred to create a column in the report that displays which project template was selected for each project. Is this possible?
