Description - Allow Logics (custom field setting) to apply to system default fields available on issue/request forms.

Why is this feature important to you - Sometimes there is a need to Display/Skip a custom field on a custom form "if" an Issue Priority, or Project Program or Portfolio or such out of the box field is selected.

How would you like the feature to work - Sometimes there is a need to Display/Skip a custom field on a custom form "if" an Issue Priority, or Project Program or Portfolio or such out of the box field is selected.

Current Behaviour - It is not possible to Display/Skip a custom field on a custom form and apply logic to default system fields.
