Allow the addition of keyword tags by the community to ideas in idea Exchange

I would like the ability to add keyword tags to ideas in Workfront One. This would allow community members to help others find ideas with different search terms/keywords.

For example, I would like to tag one of the ideas about "Office 365 calendar integration" with "Add Account" which is what the label is called in Workfront (and what I searched for).
