An ability to deactivate Queue Topics

Is there any update on this? We have recently run into this issue, where we would like to eliminate some existing queue topics that we have but do not want to lose all of the historical data around the old requests that came through it.

There should be an option to make queue topics/groups "Admin Only" for testing purpose.

There's also an issue when queues are carried over to another year. Queue topics are repeated even though the old project (one that holds submitted requests) is closed/completed. When you create a new project for the fiscal year it shows previous years queue topics, which are duplicated. It seems as though you have to back and change the queue topic title to reflect the year it was used.

As an update on this, the feedback you have provided on this area in general is being incorporated in a large initiative on heavily improving the intake experience. As it is a large initiative, the ETA goes out of the guidelines set for Idea Exchange Planned ideas, hence we are marking this as Not Planned. However, we will be reaching out proactively during the research phase of the aforementioned initiative for further details and feedback on the topic.
