Apply New project log fields changes to multiple existing projects

We want to change the New Project Log Fields settings and apply this change to multiple projects. At present the template can be updated to apply to any new projects but the change must be made to each existing project separately.

    In addition to the scenario above we added a new queue topic to our project templates. It would be useful to be able to add this to all existing projects in bulk and not on a project by project basis
