Hello, how can our team enable this functionality in the new release?

Content approval reminders, i.e. document approval reminders, are not new. If you currently do document approvals, you can use this functionality today using the instructions on this knowledge article.

While they are definitely revamping the document approval process and how it works, this part is currently in limited early access. Probably best if you reach out to your account rep to get you signed up with any early access functions.

@crystalh - We can turn this functionality on for you in your production environment. Although it is a "limited release" it is still enabled for around 1000 customers today.

As @skyehansen mentioned, reminders exist today but they have been revamped and the new document approvals will continue to be revamped over the coming year in some exciting ways.
