Hello! I am wondering if it is possible to have tasks auto complete if there is a role attached to it. I attached an example of the current task setup that I have. We do not want to assign the role as we use a project for a workaround to be able to track resources. Thanks in advance!
Hi,
It is possible to have Workfront auto-complete tasks when they reach the planned completion date (see article here), but it's not possible to do this conditionally (i.e., only if a role is assigned) using the native functionality in the system.
This could, however, be achieved with Fusion.
