Auto-populate custom data into custom form field

We could really use the ability to auto-populate text into a description field based on a previous selection.

Example: If a user selects our New Orleans office, that address populates into the address field. But if they select our KC office, the KC address populates.

Currently we have descriptive text populate on the form, but that info is not able to be pulled into an address column on a report because each descriptive text must be saved as a separate field.

This is a pain point for our organisation too, if this type of automation becomes available it would definitely improve our efficiency

These need to be editable by the requestor in case the selected info needs to be altered. So a calculated field won't work.

I'll admit that Workfront can offer more automation or machine learning as it relates to custom forms. Custom forms are one of the great features of the tool, and also one of the more brittle/weak points.

I suspect what your are looking for could be handled with a Calculated expression - but they only occur post submission.
