Automated Warnings of Reaching Storage Capacity Limit

The system currently does not provide a warning of when your system storage capacity is in danger of being reached and when deleting items, you have to wait 30 days for them to clear the recycle bin. There is no option to immediately delete anything. This causes a disruption in your organization's workflow and ability to upload any new items to the system. The system should give an automated warning AT LEAST 45 days in advance (ideally multiple alerts starting well before then) that you are in danger of exceeding your storage limit in order to give proper time to delete items and have them clear the bin. Also - there should be an option to immediately delete files from the recycle bin as needed by an admin.
