Automatic Completion of Cards Option

When the planned hours are reached on the scrum card, it will automatically complete. People may still have work to complete but have not updated the planned hours. We would like to be able to have the option to log hours in excess of planned or if the planned hours are reached that a notification would be sent to the SM that hours have exceeded planned and that it needs to be updated.
