Automatically calculate overtime in a timesheet

Users are requesting overtime to be calculated automatically.

i.e. standard working week = 40 hours (5 x 8 hours)

Total time entered = 48 hours

Automatic calculation of Overtime = (48 - 40) = 8 hours
