Border specific fields

It would be great to have border functionality within reports and even within projects. Just a way to choose different types of border for entire rows/columns OR even just specific fields.

An example for specific fields is that we have a forecasting model that has "Planned Revenue", ""Actual Revenue", and then the difference between the two. It would be great to border all three of these columns with an outside border to easily see the month to month forecasting.
