Bring Add Hours Back to the New Home Quick Actions

Description - Bring "Add Hours" back to the Quick Action menu in the new Home screen. 

Why is this feature important to you - Much easier to add time to a project or task from there (or the summary screen) than having to make the extra clicks to new windows to log time. 

How would you like the feature to work - Add it back like it was when the new Home screen first rolled out. 

Current Behaviour - "Add Hours" is gone, my team is upset that its gone, therefore I'm sad. Make me unsad.
