Bring back previous filtering options for Timesheets

The filter dashboard for Timesheets has been removed which is causing a big issue with team time tracking management. We now need to create multiple custom filters to recreate what was previously available from the timesheet filter dashboard.

    This is annoying, it really bothers me. Workfront product managers obviously are not aware of real live processes in companies.
