Bulk Attach Templates to Existing Projects

Description - I want to be able to use the checkbox interface to mark multiple projects for bulk-template loading.

Why is this feature important to you - It would save time in setting up projects that need multiple modular templates. I would use kickstart to add these templates in bulk, but kickstart also does not allow more than one template at a time.

How would you like the feature to work - Check more than one existing project box in a project list, click "edit" navigate down to "Templates", select an existing template to load into all checked projects.

Current Behaviour - Unable to load a template into an existing project except in the "attach template" interface on the triple dot option next to the project name.
