Calendar not counting the weekend

Currently we have to manual block off the weekends in order for our templates to not account for them. We would like to have this as an automatic feature or have something that can rolled out across multiple years

    Are you referring to project plan templates?  I do not want Saturday's and Sunday's to count toward duration in a project plan.  Is the best way to accomplish this to block them on the corporate calendar?
