Can I determine turnaround time with just the dates (without including the time)? Example: I want to know if something was completed by 3/15, but it is showing late if it was closed after 5:00 pm on 3/15.

My Formula: IF(Actual Completion Date>=Planned Completion Date,"Late","Good")
