Change Team Sharing to Function Like Other Objects in Workfront

Right now all users can see all teams, which can make for a long dropdown list. It would make for a cleaner user experience if users only saw teams they were on or that had been shared with them.

    Some people will need to see all teams across the company for cross-functional project management.

    Definitely need the ability to share teams. There is an option in access level but that is just for teams they are on. We want them to have access to their group's teams (so some teams they are not on), but it would be great that it isn't every team in the instance. :)
