[CLOSED] - Exportable Custom Forms

I would like to ability to export a custom form to pdf. Something I could fill out and share with the rest of the world, but still have the values attached to the WF object.

    Not having the ability to export custom forms to a PDF is causing us huge issues-- this would be a game changer!
