Convert a Risk to an Issue When it Materializes

When a risk materializes, it becomes an issue. It would be nice to not have to re-create the risk as an issue, but convert it once it materializes.

    I echo the last post.  I'm surprised this was an idea suggested so long ago but hasn't been provided.  Seems like a simple thing to do to reduce the amount of manual effort.  Adobe could look at the volume of risks and have an appreciation for the manual effort users have spent converting a portion of those risks to issues.

    This idea has been out there since 2017.  This is still needed.
