Is there a field that displays who was tagged in an update on an issue?
Trying to narrow an issue of someone not always getting notifications.
I've created a Note report but can't figure out if there is a field for tags.
I appreciate any suggestions.
I really recommend booking time with a remote consultant to chat this through. The note's tag is not so much a "field" as it is a whole other object. And since you can tag multiple people and teams, it is a collection on the note. So you would need familiarity with collections.
If you want to go it alone, I recommend doing a search for NTAG in the community posts. There's a lot of historical info here that you can maybe adapt to your purposes.
