CSV Module - Mapping Names of Columns are labled "Undefined", Would be nice to see "Column N" Instead

The mapping names of the CSV Module are displayed as "Column undefined" rather than "Column 1". I'm seeing this when the output of the CSV Module is an input to a Data Store module but this may be occuring in other areas as well.

This was submitted to support as Case Number 00287974. They reported that this behavior was "Working as Expected" and that a report should be filed in the Innovation Lab.

I'd rather view this as "Column 1"
