Hi

will sandbox refresh will remove the existing custom integration when refreshed ? with prod data

Most of the time the sandbox environments doesnt work as good as Production instance. Automatic email notifications, Single sign-on, maybe even custom integration will not be working properly. You might see the same configs in the Sandbox but I dont think you need to worry about it.

wrong questions area - this is a Fusion question.

Fusion is it's own environment and not affected by the data-copy of the Workfront instance

Correct - Refresh will replace all data for WORKFRONT only. Fusion is unaffected. Fusion data stores will not be touched.
